I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

Not only was the initial quote very reasonable (compared to the other shops I contacted), but they also called me to let me know that some of the repairs they originally estimated weren't actually necessary. They could have easily charged me the full amount, and I never would have known, but instead they were completely honest and lowered the cost. That level of integrity is rare. The damage to my car was on the body, and I was told it would likely need to be replaced. Instead, they were able to repair it, and it honestly looks brand new. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I left feeling like I found an auto shop I can genuinely trust. If I ever need body work again, I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll be recommending them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

Advocate for yourself and make your insurance company aware of your expectations so they can work with your shop of choice. The consumer needs to understand that there are situations that a body shop can't control like getting an insurance approval for hidden or additional damages. Some insurance companies are not quick to respond to a body shops requested additional inspections creating delays for the shop and the consumer. These situations are unfortunate but not the body shops fault. The body shop and the insurance company have guidelines to follow that sometimes don't align causing misunderstandings that the consumer doesn't understand. There are part delays, hidden damages, approval delays. Unrelated damages or paint concerns that a body shop needs to deal with and a consumer will not understand. The consumer at times blames the body shop for excessive cost but what they need to understand is it not cheap to repair a vehicle back to factory standards. The insurance company and the body shop do the best they can to work together. The consumer just needs to ask questions, stay informed on the repair process and allow the process to proceed. If the consumer is renting a vehicle during the repair process. They should stay within their budget or policy limits. Don't over rent then be upset that your rental coverage is expired and the repair process is still underway.

I had the pleasure to work with Juan, and he was very nice and easy going. Very good customer service that made me feel comfortable having Precision work on my car. They saw the problem and said that they could fix the issue and with good costs. New parts and fixed perfectly with a fair price. I was able to order my parts and when they came in, I could make an appointment to get the job done. However, I did had to call my self to see if parts was in, but they gave me a day to come in the next few days. I brought it in today and was very pleased. I brought my car in around 8:30 and it was finished by 4:30pm. Though I had to end up paying more than expected because they had more labor to do because of the bolts, but it was ok because once my car was complete it was very good quality and value. Once I picked up my car it look as if I had a brand new car, it was perfect! My car was shining and I was very impressed. Overall, I will def come back FOR SURE! I like how they have professionalism, class, and quaint sitting area that is clean. Despite the fact of me having to call on my own was ok because it is what it is, and the costs of more labor at last minute, which was not anyones fault, it was just my car being tricky and different in order to complete the job. In Los Angeles, the driving capital of the world, there isn't a shortage of mechanics and body shops but not all are created equally. JoJo's Auto Body is top notch! My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee. I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Paid by cash because there's a small fee for credit card. 100% recommend this spot - friendly and service was quick. I was in and out fasttt!

I can't say enough about these guys. If every business treated their customer's with even half of the dedication and compassion that John and his dad do the world would be a much happier place. I was involved in an accident on 11/2 and my car was literally being held hostage in a very shady shop. I needed it moved so I found Progressive 1 on Google and spoke to John on the morning of 11/3 after explaining my situation he put me at ease and said he would take care of everything which he truly did they remained in contact with me the entire day calling me several times letting me know what was happening they finally obtained the car and ended up giving me a loaner so that I was not left without a vehicle at all and during this time they also helped me to file a formal complaint with the automotive repair bureau regarding the other company that had my car which I've already received a response from them. Within a few days it was determined that the car was going to be totaled and even though the insurance company came and picked the car up from their lot they still continue to loan me their vehicle allowing me to even take it to San Diego and this is all no charge to me. Outstanding PPF and Tint Job on my wife Tesla model Y 2026 Highly Recommended! We recently had paint protection film (PPF) and window tint installed on Tesla, and couldn't be happier with the results! I have a 2020 BMW 540i, and I had gotten dents, scratches, and paint chips in the nastiest spots. The car was going to be returned for lease, and it looked like it was beyond repair. Driving, and parking the car in Los Angeles for a while had done its toll on the vehicle. I took it to Progressive 1 imagining I would have a 10K repair bill. The guys at the shop fixed my windshield, dents on the quarter panel, messed up bumper(s), paint chips in the rear door-jams, huge scratches, swirl marks, and curb rash for about $3,000.00. Other shops had quoted me way higher. I loved the quality of their work, and i got my car looking nee like the day i got it in about 3 days. Mike handled everything with the Insurance Company, and got the amount that was actually needed to complete the repairs. The Insurance Company estimate missed underlying damage and came in at about one third of the amount required - just under my deductible - Hmm? Mike got it resolved with them.
