I can't say enough about these guys. If every business treated their customer's with even half of the dedication and compassion that John and his dad do the world would be a much happier place. I was involved in an accident on 11/2 and my car was literally being held hostage in a very shady shop. I needed it moved so I found Progressive 1 on Google and spoke to John on the morning of 11/3 after explaining my situation he put me at ease and said he would take care of everything which he truly did they remained in contact with me the entire day calling me several times letting me know what was happening they finally obtained the car and ended up giving me a loaner so that I was not left without a vehicle at all and during this time they also helped me to file a formal complaint with the automotive repair bureau regarding the other company that had my car which I've already received a response from them. Within a few days it was determined that the car was going to be totaled and even though the insurance company came and picked the car up from their lot they still continue to loan me their vehicle allowing me to even take it to San Diego and this is all no charge to me.
