Moises Auto Body & Paint is a great company, and Marcos is super easy to work with and helpful. I stopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this! read more

My brand new car was dinged at valet, and of course didn't notice until a day or so later; so I was pissed to say the least. Moises Auto is pretty well know in SFV so we sent over a photo and Marcos got right back to us with a quote and plan. No upselling, no "you're gonna need a whole new bumper" etc. Even said it could be done in a day, drop off in the AM and pick up next morning. Do not go anywhere else! My husband was driving his brand new car off the lot and headed home when a metal piece came flying up on the freeway and damaged his hood in several places. A shop recommended by the dealer went right to "you need a new hood"with 1000's of dollars attached to that. For the dent removal there was a possibility they could just pop it out (keeping the cost lower), but also explained due to its location, it might be a bit more work (keeping the original cost).
