In Los Angeles, the driving capital of the world, there isn't a shortage of mechanics and body shops but not all are created equally. JoJo's Auto Body is top notch! My dad has been a client of Manar and JoJo's Auto Body for various projects and of course recommended him highly. My dad is of a certain generation where nothing less than perfection is acceptable, so I knew he'd done his due diligence. JoJo's had done some significant work on two of my parents' cars. Of course, then, I contact Manar. Unfortunately, parked right in front of our home, my driver's side view mirror was clipped by a passing car that had drifted. I happened to be inside the car and the car drifted right, hit the mirror and sped off. Immediately after, I contacted Manar. We scheduled an intake. He was punctual, professional, and transparent about options and cost. He provided me with the necessary information and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision immediately. He had one of his technicians tape up the remnants of the rear view mirror to cover it while we decided. A few weeks passed and we decided to have the entire mirror replaced. We asked Manar to let us know when the mirror would arrive and we could just come in and have it taken care of quickly. He contacted me on a Monday to say the mirror replacement was at the shop. We scheduled a time for me to take the car on Wednesday and within 35 minutes of arriving the work was done. In addition to his professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, Jojo's is a well managed and kept body shop. I mean no one really wants to sit around a body shop but if ever you need to, JoJo's is immaculate. There is plenty of parking, clear signage, and a welcome reception and office manager. Each visit I was asked if I needed anything to drink, including water or coffee. There is clear management signage about their policies and pricing No one ever wants to deal with body work but if you have to, please do yourself a favor and go to JoJo's Auto Body! SECOND fantastic review from me for JoJo. Scratched the paint on my car again this year, and went to JoJo expecting I had to leave it for a few days. They fixed the damage in a matter of minutes and for a very reasonable fee! So reasonable, I felt the need to tip the artist, Nelson (I believe is his name). The scratch on the panel is gone and looks as good as new. NOW, I'M NOT an auto detail expert. But there are videos on YouTube that teach how to fix minor scratches yourself. HOWEVER why bother to learn, buy the tools/paint, and do the work, when you can leave the job to the experts for a much faster turn around and for a reasonable price?? Glad I went to JoJo again. I accidentally hit the top of my car door on a gate. I used to go to a different shop before and would deal directly with the owner, which was great. So I initially went there to get pricing. They told me to buy the parts and they would install them for a small fee. I did buy the parts but hesitated to go back after learning that the management had changed. Since this was a minor repair, I thought I would try getting prices from other nearby shops. Jojo Auto Body Shop gave me one of the best quotes. Just by meeting Romen yesterday, I could tell he has integrity and takes pride in his service so I decided to try his shop. The other shops had me waiting several minutes or were rushed, not fully giving attention to my inquiry. Today, I finally brought my car in to be fixed. After further review, they discovered that the door was slightly bent as well. They installed the molding parts I provided and even fixed the bent door, all while keeping the same price they initially quoted me. While waiting, they kept offering me free drinks. I also mentioned that I needed to patch my tire but since they do not provide that service, Romen called nearby tire shops and set up an appointment for me. What incredible service! To be honest, I usually do not like dealing with auto shops because they often try to upcharge if you are not very knowledgeable, or especially if you are a woman, but this shop is honest, welcoming, fairly priced and provides top-of-the-line customer service!! I was given a quote from a collision shop in Santa Clarita for $4,500 to repair front end damage to my vehicle. Waaaaay too much for the small amount of fender damage. Our Honda somehow got a very long scrape along one side, from the front fender all the way to the rear of the car. The car is dark blue and the scrape was pink, so it wasn't exactly inconspicuous. It had a few other relatively minor issues as well. Romen suggested how he would do the repairs if it was his car and explained how the work would be done, and how long it would take. Manar was equally helpful and provided additional information. Everything sounded reasonable and it all made sense. The work was done and the car, where the long scrape was, looks great. They fixed the other minor items and took care of one or two other issues I hadn't noticed, at no additional cost. Their overall charges for the work were very fair. They did a great job and we can recommend them most highly. Veronica in the office was very helpful and attentive and kept in touch keeping us informed.
