I choose not to leave a review just cause the owner was so kind, but unfortunately my car looks worst than ever. I have a 2022 Lexus NX350h, This shop charged me $550 for a deep scratch repair on my car and the black plastic platform (my car was hit at a parking lot). I was satisfied with the results at the shop, but I looked further into it once I arrived home. I immediately noticed white paint in places where there shouldn't be (pictures will be attached) they also damaged the bottom of my platform when the bottom DID NOT need to be repaired, only the top side was scratched NOT the bottom. I ignored their mistakes for the past 2 months until I washed my car recently and realized the paint they used to cover the scratch on my platform has now faded away. It looks much worst than before. I don't recommend this business, sure it's cheaper than adjacent businesses but you'll be paying more money in the future repairing their mistakes and damage. read more

VIP has done it again. They always go above and beyond with their work and customer service. They fixed some scratches and a broken tail light on my Audi and it came back looking brand new. They gave me my car back with a fresh wash, and even put some gas in it because I dropped it off low. Laura was great through the whole process working with my insurance. The kindness and generosity bestowed upon myself and the person involved in my accident cannot be understated by Jessie and his team at VIP collision centers. By accident, I backed into one of my neighbors in my building who had just purchased a brand new Toyota CHR in a very specific color. Although the damage was minimal, there was a matter of blending color and scratching to the molding of the car below the door. In hopes of getting the best price, I reached out to another service who I had just worked with and they quoted me an astronomically high price for the work to be done. Although I was reluctant, I was ready to make the purchase when I decided to offer up the job to available services through Yelp. Jessie's team was the first team to get back to me at VIP collision centers and the first quote he gave me after sending him the pictures was noticeably lower, including paint and necessary hours spent. He also stated he could get started almost immediately, as opposed to the near week wait I would've had to have endured had I gone with the other ship. The person I backed into and I arrived on Tuesday morning at 9 AM and Jesse and his team were on hand to look at the damage. Although, there was additional work to be done the quote I was given felt almost too good to be true, but it really was that good! We dropped off the car and I got the person I hit a rental car, in anticipation of completion day the following Friday. Much to my delight, the work was completed almost a full day early and the whole situation was resolved by Thursday afternoon! I cannot begin to express how much of a weight was lifted off my shoulders due to the diligent and professional work done by Jesse and the rest of his team at VIP. Now, I can enjoy the rest of my holiday season knowing that the person I hit has nothing to worry about in terms of their damage and I am no longer on the hook. I was so impressed with the work that the team at VIP did and I cannot recommend them more to anyone who runs into the same situation where they'd like to avoid insurance and just have the work done quickly and professionally. 2005 Infiniti G35 This review is long overdue, my car was unfortunately vandalized by someone who thought it would be cool to key and write all over my car, I was so sad that I didn't see my car the way I used to. But a friend of mine reccomended VIP Collision Center and it was the best choice I ever made ! They made the whole process so easy and since my whole car was going to get repainted they worked with me to get it to be a unique color that NO ONE HAS!! They even offered to clear up my headlights to make it look better but then they also helped me install aftermarket ones and repainted my rims so that make my car look like its brand new !! After an uber driver with his head buried in his phone hit my door, these guys knocked it out of the park with the repair! The door was not useable, so I couldn't drive it, and these guys had my car towed to their shop within an hour (from Marina Del Rey!) free of charge. Super fast and responsive, I got follow ups all along the way. Best part is they dealt with the whole insurance process and saved me a lot of trouble dealing with all the details.
