They had my car towed same day and took care of everything A-Z from dealing with the insurance and making sure everything looks brand new. DO NOT Trust! I had a bad experience with your body shop worst experience ever I had. You charge my insurance for after market car parts and my insurance charged me every month. Each mounts I pay for car warranty but I can't use it because my car dealer said we don't cover after market car part and the auto body service you had gave you worst service. I can hear the nose of car part while I'm driving. I never had experience like this before. You are worst Auto body service I have seen. read more

It took 35 days to get my car back and although he promised in writing that he will cover the last five days of my rental with Enterprise. After getting rear ended pretty hard on a freeway I took it to these guys for repair. There are some goods and bads I'll list below: Bad: - the whole time I was given time estimates of 'later this week' 'just a few days' but the process took well over a month and a half. Not fully their fault, but the insurance appraisers were having tons of difficulty with them (we were also having difficulty with the appraisers too, so this one could just be situational) - they missed a repair. They handled everything in the back of the car great, but missed some damage to the muffler in my exhaust. Had to get that handled elsewhere afterwards. Good: -they answered the phone very often! It's the saving grace of the first exchange above, I was able to get a hold of them often to find out what was going on when they entered a bit of a stalemate with the appraiser. -they did an amazing job with the body work. They promised "good as new" and they delivered. The paint and parts look great, so they really delivered there. That final step of the process was also super quick Ultimately I can't give them a full 5 stars because of the missed repair, but they did an amazing job on the bodywork itself. Emphasis on amazing there! I would recommend going to them if you just need surface repairs, or paint work as they handle those expertly. Will be coming back here myself for minor damage, but will likely search for a specialist for interior work. read more

Do Not Trust This Body Shop!! I took my truck there after it was hit. My truck was brand new, and I never had issues with it, period. Fred and his team fixed the body but did not fix the mechanical issues. He sent my truck to Z Alignment, and they did not fix my truck. My rims needed to be replaced, and all they did was spray paint them black to make them look like we're new. I have always washed my own truck and am very aware of any damage or changes on my truck. When I got it back and drove it, it would shake bad. I took it to another mechanic, and they said the rear axels and wheels were bent and needed to be replaced. I brought it back to Fred and told him about it. He told me to go back to Z Alignment, which I did, and the guy said there was nothing wrong with it. I told them to lift the rear of my truck and spin the wheels so they could see. After they saw it, the guys said he no longer wanted to fix my truck. Fred said he promised to take care of it because I was like his "sister." I ended up waiting several months and contacted Fred again. He said he did not want to fix my truck or deal with my insurance! I ended up having to take it to another mechanic after finally getting the approval from my insurance. Fred is rude and is a LIAR! He doesn't care about his customers he only cares about $$$$. DO NOT TRUST ROYAL COMPLETE AUTO BODY!! read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star! Fred is extremely unprofessional and rude. They had my Jeep a month and I tried asking if I could get a rental through them since it would be cheaper then what I was paying. He didn't but I could have taken it to another body shop that would of done a much better job and given me a rental. He returned my speakers we were waiting on because someone else told him I had them which I didn't and that was why he had the Jeep for so long. It ended up messing me surrendering the Jeep. I know I said something that upset Fred and when I got my 2018 Jeep back; that was brand new when I bought it and I've take extremely good care of it, started overheating as soon it gets driven. My Jeep was running perfectly before I took it there and now I can't even drive it. I've had it almost 2 weeks. If you upset him he's the type to do something to mess your car up without it coming back to him. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HE'S rude and likes flashing his money around Christmas likes to say this is a professional body shop. Yea buddy I know other PROFESSIONAL body shops. Stay away from this auto body repair shop by all means!!! I was in a car accident and took my car to get work done here and it was the biggest mistake ever! Not only did this guy Fred over charge my insurance company for thousands he did only about $1000 worth of repairs on my car! Never again will I allow myself to be so naive and not get an estimate from this guy or any other auto body mechanic again! Im still reporting this company to the better business bureau so that this guy can no longer scam insurance companies again! He car now leaks water in my truck when it rains, I now have flashing system error lights in my dash board, my fenders are not even lined up with my car's original body frame & he had to run a direct wire to my rear view camera!!!
