Marissa was very knowledgeable and informative about every service and made sure that I had every question answered. She walked me through every step of the way. In the beginning of the process, there was a presentation that laid out details of the service that she recommended best for me and why, and more. She showed examples and went through numbers with me every step of the way as I at times ask a lot of questions. The turn-around time for questions answered via email is rapid. Service overall was great. After I put in application for the policy/account, I saw a medical examiner and boom, I was all set up. She corresponded with me as well as with the medical examiner who was also really nice and down to earth. Once every thing was set up, Marissa sent me a book as gift which I thought was a great gesture to finish off the process. I would definitely recommend her services as I learned a lot and benefited greatly.
