Weird I had to pay out of pocket but I just accepted it. Went back earlier this year and paid MORE than the last time, it was $90 something for just a cleaning!? Then suddenly Renee informs me I'm out of network. Couldn't have told me this before? Especially considering I've been loyal to this office for 10 years?! I called to question it and they said they might've charged me for my DADS exam or something. I haven't been under his insurance in years. Renee was out of office so the girl told me they would call back and refund some of it. This was five months ago. Needless to say that refund never happened. Thanks okc smiles, I won't ever be back. Dr nail and Kelley were not gentle when treating me; mouth was sore cause of all the pulling my mouth recklessly. My card was charged when crown fitting hadn't happened. Crown was also not fit right. Staff person julyssa is very rude. Dr. nail also did not giving me a hygiene / follow up plan to care of my teeth. Plus very expensive. It has been a few months since my initial review and while I was hoping to update the review with…read moremore positive feedback, unfortunately, it has gotten worse and whole situation is a "mess" at best. After posting the first review, I was contacted and they committed to making everything right. That was great, but short-lived. Within the past two months, the staff at this location has totally turned over (doesn't say much for the company overall) and replaced by a staff, headed by Nathan, who will NOT stand behind their product nor the promises made to my mother by the former staff to make sure she has a pair of dentures that fit her mouth correctly and are fully functional. Nathan accused my mother of dropping her dentures because they developed a crack. They still don't fit. They forced her to pay $95 above what she has already paid for what they call a "temporary" solution. If she wants a long term solution for the fit issue, she will have to pay an additional $125. This is nothing but greed and abuse of an elderly patient who can barely make ends meet as it is. On top of that, she can't eat properly, she's discouraged and gives-up which only contributes to her BP problems and other health issues. When confronted about working with my Mother to ensure she is satisfied, they refused any further work and that's on the top teeth. The bottom are worse and they said they will do nothing on the bottom. The teeth are crap. They don't work. Their blaming her for the issues. They have been issued a notice of legal action if they don't take the steps to make things right and stick with her until it is done. In addition, a social campaign is being mounted against them and their corporate company for their business practices and taking advantage of the elderly. They will be held accountable. I have good insurance and it was going to cost me 10,000.00 dollars. WHAT!!! An appointment was scheduled for a week later (today) to have to molars extracted because they were "infected." I have autoimmunes and the office wanted confirmation from my rheumatologist for medical clearance and do I need antibiotics prior to the appointment. Monday, I reached out to my rheumatalogist via email letting her know what was needed and why. She had no problem with talking to the dentist office letting me know what she has relayed to them. I took a day off of work, show up today at scheduled time only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. I was told they called my cell phone and left a long message as to why the appointment was being cancelled-lie. They never called my cell, home, or work number. They stated the reason for cancellation was due to my rheumatologist failing to respond to their messages-lie. I even told the lady how I communicated with my doctor, she stated oh well yes they did correspond that but then blah, blah, blah...lie. I will not endorse a place that will lie and be deceitful to new customers. I was willing to give them a chance based on how the dental hygienist treated me. But I DO NOT recommend them. If you want to be treated disrespectfully and drain your wallet go right ahead.
