It's all set up like an assembly line. All of the kids are lined up in dental chairs with no privacy..just out in the open. The doctor pulled me back and explained that my son's teeth were so bad that he needed 8 teeth pulled..YES EIGHT TEETH! 4 OF THEM BEING ADULT TEETH. Also that she needed to refer him out because they were so bad, she couldn't do anything to help him. I went for 2 second opinions and I found a really nice dentist who has been in business for 30 years. He explained that my son just needed a couple of fillings and pulp removals...wham bam and he was done. My recommendation to anyone planning to visit Dr. White in the future, think twice before visiting her because they won't pay your bill for their miscommunication.

I then told her what I needed and she kept saying "What do you mean referral, I don't know how to do that." The office I was trying to transfer to called her and the three of us went back and fourth. Finally the new office said she keeps telling them the same thing, and it doesn't seem like she is willing to work with us for some reason.
