It's all set up like an assembly line. All of the kids are lined up in dental chairs with no privacy..just out in the open. The doctor pulled me back and explained that my son's teeth were so bad that he needed 8 teeth pulled..YES EIGHT TEETH! 4 OF THEM BEING ADULT TEETH. Also that she needed to refer him out because they were so bad, she couldn't do anything to help him. I went for 2 second opinions and I found a really nice dentist who has been in business for 30 years. He explained that my son just needed a couple of fillings and pulp removals...wham bam and he was done. I am so disappointed that Dr. Liz told us otherwise, and being so extreme, and he needed his teeth pulled! Stay away!

They ended up sending us a big bill and made us pay for it. I was very disappointed with her staff. I will not return to Dr. White's office due to her staff. My recommendation to anyone planning to visit Dr. White in the future, think twice before visiting her because they won't pay your bill for their miscommunication.

I then told her what I needed and she kept saying "What do you mean referral, I don't know how to do that." The office I was trying to transfer to called her and the three of us went back and fourth. Finally the new office said she keeps telling them the same thing, and it doesn't seem like she is willing to work with us for some reason. I gave my first payment when they did the first step and they say we will Wait for ur crown I said I okay 2 almost 3 weeks pass by they call me my crown is in and I go in the female at the front desk tells me since ur crown is in u have to pay the rest I paid the rest. I go in sit down and dr Adrien is not their she was on a trip and nobody at the office new she was out of town. The other dentist guy Tucker straight told me we don't touch other doctors work.. I said okay they put back the temporary. More time passes she comes back the crown doesn't fit. They had to do another mold worst experience ever. They do it them all of a sudden more time passes almost to September or I believe September by then they tell me we can't see u at the south location they sent me to Moore mind u I live walking distance to the south location. I let them know I'm really close to the south location and they say she is not here she is at the Moore location u have to go over their I said okay if I have no choice I'll go. The staff on that Moore location nothing to do with the south location on western. Well it hasn't been long since I have been having the crown it's been hurting I'm here thinking I have to get use to it I'm not use to it it gets swollen I floss everyday I do the water pike too brush my teeth everyday.
