Who calls during the middle of your policy to just check in on how you are doing? NOT many. I'd like to give a shout out to Jessica Barthold! anyway, recently I got a new Motorcycle, called them and gave them all the required info so I could drive off the lot protected. so, I paid a little more for the remaining one-year policy. I got a new statement from Progressive about renewing my bill, it didn't seems quite right. As a matter of fact, it seems very high. So, I made one phone call (and DONE) to Jessica and basically, they saved my $400 bucks, yes, $400. same policy coverage, etc., etc. They just used to have my Motorcycle..... Now they have my 3 other vehicles and my home. anyone wanting real customer service and folks that will go out of there way, then I highly recommend them. Here is the kicker, if they can't save you money, they will tell you upfront and recommend a company. I have been working with Marleen Miles and Tisha Brandes for 9 years now. They were able to match my coverage for a cheaper price than I was paying at the time (my insurance company did not cover me out of that state). Last week I contacted them again after moving back to Texas. Again they were incredibly friendly (my favorite thing about a majority of Texans), and gave me a huge range of options to choose from. Some of the prices were very high but some of them were cheaper than companies like Geico and The General. I got my quotes fast and they had all the paperwork done and copies of the ID card emailed to me within 2 hours. Very easy company to deal with. Give em a shot. Oh! They also let me know that once I get my license switched to Texas, my rate will go down, so if I call and give them my TX license #, they'll take care of that for me. Nice honest people.

They let one of my policies lapse and then charged me a fee because they said it was a new policy. On top of that I asked them to duplicate the same coverage as before then 2 months later the loan holder charges me $930 for insurance because it didn't have collision coverage as it did before. A simple phone call would have been nice before the policy lapsed. I had never been late on payment or anything. I would give to them a negative number on the rating of I could!
