Saving me a ton of down time, an additional trip to your location, and I imagine, quite a bit of money. The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, resulting in no additional down time for my lift. I has been two weeks and I am quite pleased with the way my lift is working since its repair. I really appreciate the care that Tim took in assisting me. As my main mobility scooter weighs 250lb, so I really depend on my lift being operational. And I appreciate Tim's determination to get me back on the road as soon as possible The repair was done in the time promised, for a very reasonable sum, and I was back up and running that same day. It has been two months since the repair and everything continues to work just fine.

I do not recommend this company. While in the rehab, I was told they would take care of the…read moreequipment delivery. The rehab ordered the wrong shower chair so I called the next data to return it for a transfer bench. The delivery man said the if anything was not correct we could return equipment. While on the call I was told by the representative that I could not return it and they were sticking with the shower chair and the bill. To make matter worse they charge me $195 for a commode chair that literally sells for as low as $30 on Amazon. I called and tied to negotiate with a fair offer and they said that they don't negotiate. This is called price gouging at it finest. To make matters worse, I received an update bill stating that I owe the $50 for the shower chair or it was going to collections. I was not home when the equipment was deliver nor did I see the pricing sheet while in rehab. Medical Supply is a real racket. Nothing like taking advantage of those who are barely able to function and leave it in the hands of other who don't really care what you are charged. Do yourself and anyone else that is in this type of situation either physically, mentally or financially and report this type of business practice to your State Attorney General's Office, FTC and any other Consumer Protection Agency to raise awareness and can promote broader investigation!
