They lack customer service. If you call to cancel an appointment and you get the Cuban receptionist good luck. She's extremely unprofessional and loves to argue. She gets paid to argue and make you feel like crap. I used to be a receptionist as well, and never did i show my customers this type of negative behavior and disrespect. Your job is to make a client feel welcomed, if there's an issue address it in a good manner not argue and blame the client. Good luck if you have an appointment here and can't make it despite you calling hours before the appointment. I normally don't let people get under my skin but this is the second time this receptionist does this. I'm sorry. If they continue with this receptionist they will be losing a-lot of clients. There's other places that can make you feel more welcomed. Worse customer service ever.
