I finally got called to the back and was asked what I consider a bunch of unrelated questions about my health issues this is for physical therapy after all not an internist taking in a new patient. They finally finished with me and sent me home without any therapy he said they'll do therapy next time Not a good first impression but I'm still hopeful that the PT will be good and helpful for me. I am an amputee and have not been able to walk with my prosthetic and she already has me walking in crutches. She truly gives her whole heart into what she does and she has the best workouts as well. She made me feel my left ankle again when I had not felt it in years. She goes above and beyond what her job description calls for. Even going as far as going out of her way to investigate what foot sole would work out best for me, she truly is amazing can't stop praising her. You will not go wrong seeing her. (Takes a good minute to fill out but it's standard in most offices so just be prepared). It's mostly information you know, signatures, DL information & payment at the end of course. Then you go in for your consultation, I waited for the doctor and then he does the consult and some work by the assistant, then off to the next room for an adjustment by the doctor and done. Ruby was the one who did my electric treatment and she was super sweet and kind! The doctor was very thorough, answers all your questions and explains his findings as well as recommended treatment. I felt like he truly wanted to help! I'm surprised there isn't more 5 star reviews for Dr. Peterson he was great! I'd recommend all my friends and family to this office. He also has an office on the east side for those who can't come to the west side for whatever reason. Still going through what I'm going through but Ira not gonna be a one day fix. By the time I arrived at ER I was in excruciating pain and at the point of passing out. From ER check-in through X-rays, Ultrasound, and being placed in a room, the care was exceptional. The ER Staff, Doctors, Surgeon, RNs, and CNAs who worked during my time in the hospital were informative, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel valued as a patient in their care. Medications, Vitals, and Follow-ups were handled on time and clearly communicated on the board in my room. Highest level of cleanliness you would expect to find in a hospital. The Pre-Op Experience was meticulous, attention to detail and the Post-Op Care was truly best in class. I was discharged after 3 Days with nothing but a favorable experience. My Mom was taken here on 1/6 only to be discharged without a proper diagnosis. There was no urgency of care/treatment for a biopsy to her liver. They discharged her to "PT" which didn't help. Ultimately we pulled her out and took her down to Cedar Sinai where we immediately seen by oncology and given immediate. I want people to see this so they know who/what to expect if they are reading this in the ER Room. ER Nurse Taylor: Kind and Attentive Jamie from GINP: She had to deliver hard news but you can tell she was limited on what she can say. Dr. Sette, MD: I am not sure why this physician is a resident and allowed to make calls on patients. He showed NO URGENCY to get my Mom treatment. He would do his rounds and always , everything it was an I do not know. Very disappointing bed side manner. Dr. Shafieh Makehei: I know this doctor tried her best but was also limited. She did her best to get answers from Oncology and Dr. Sette but there was just no urgency. Dr. Michael Cohen: Came to my Mom's room without reviewing her chart which baffled me considering she was there for many days. Ultimately my Mom was diagnosed with end stage cancer but not with them. The fact that I took her out of this place and took her to Cedar Sinai gave us two more weeks with her. If you are able to make the drive just do it. Or uber yourself. In 4 hours Cedar Sinai did what it took this place 4 DAYS to do. Think about that. If you're reading this , do what you need to do to get your self to a hospital that will treat you with dignity and urgency. Or it will cost you your life.

I went to see my pain doctor and told them the issue and they agreed the physical therapist didn't do the right thing. I requested to visit a new physical therapist to correct the issue Youngs created. THE STRETCH THEY HAD ME DO CAUSED SO MUCH PAIN IMMEDIATELY, I'VE NEVER FELT ANYTHING LIKE IT. I CAN'T WALK. I DID THE STRETCH, THEN GOT UP TO WALK AND STARTED CRYING.
