It seems like I've made my rounds with physical therapy in my area. I was assigned by my workers comp insurance to come here. For starters parking is great and there is plenty. It is located in an area where there's a lot of small medical offices. It is pretty quiet compared to the other physical therapy places that I have been to. The staff is nice and helpful and do not work you to death like other places. I highly recommend them. read more

They get 5 stars across the board. I had MPFL reconstructive surgery from the VA hospital, and the VA sent me here to start my physical therapy. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful so I didnt have to keep getting up on crutches. My PT was very patient and friendly. I wad alittle hesitant and nervous cause I heard horror stories about PT. Timothy was understanding with my concerns and put me at ease. And music playing which helps takes your mind off of your knee or whatever body part getting stretched and manipulated...lol read more

The person told me she would gather that detail and have it for me when she called to confirm my appointment. she called and told me it was only a $20 copay. I went to the appointment which was good. the staff was friendly. but then they sent me a bill for $140. I then called and left a message with the billing department and never heard back. read more

I started therapy with them very discouraged from previous Physical therapists experiences I had lost hope I thought I was going to need surgery but all the Physical therapists they have at kinetix are super good and the assistants are so organized my shoulder has improved so much I'm back to work and once again I could enjoy the small things in my regular life again. Tim was a God sent! I had been suffering from deliberating vertigo for months on end. He showed me what to do in his office, and within 5 visits, I had my life back! I had hurt my back and my doctor wanted me to do physical therapy. Kaiser outsourced Kinetix and I'm glad they did. I had a great experience over the course of six sessions. The whole staff at Kinetix were great to deal with. From Brittany at the front desk to Narmen, G, Tim, and the rest of the crew in the back helping me with my physical therapy. They were all great to work with. Everyone was very friendly and personable and treated all of the patients nicely. After checking in for my appointments, they always got me in quickly. It's nice to see an office run proficiently. They seem to get patients in and out in a timely manner. Hopefully I won't be seeing them anytime soon which means they did a great job and my back is feeling better! read more

I had a great experience with Kinetix therapy. I tore my rotator cuff and I needed physical therapy before surgery. I was very nervous and skeptical of physical therapy. Not sure if it was going to work. Not sure if i would like people being so close and touching me. Truth is i felt comfortable after the first 5 mins. The ladies at the front greeted me with a hello and a smile. The therapist walked me through the gym and all the therapist and the assistants were smiling and talking to each other having a great day. I started doing my work outs and every single staff member was such a pleasure to work with. Rachel and Monica stood out to me the most. Always such a pleasure to be treated by them. Ray and his team are absolutely great. The staff remembered my name after the second visit. The staff is kind and helpful and intensely adamant about proper execution of the exercises. I have a herniated disc in my neck and surgery is only 33% effective. So PT was the only option. I hadn't slept well in weeks and was considering prescription narcotics... I was referred to Kinetics and have been on the road to recovery since. I am not healed by along shot but I now have the ability to make it through a full day of work! Ray has been almost surgical with his approach to pinpointing the cause of my issues and the things we need to do to strengthen the weak areas causing the pain. Its hard to find a doctor that truly cares about your health past your copayment...... its even more rare to find a whole team that cares, but that's what I found at Kinetix. Erica and Brittney at the front desk are so helpful and full of joy, they will make you laugh here. They honestly work around your schedule and will lock you in at certain times for every week. All four of the PT doctors are amazing and I feel I'm getting more motion from my wrist here even though I disintegrated the wrist and got 3 cadaver bones from a bad DH race.
