This is the BEST physical therapy I've ever been too. At first I thought these exercises they'd have me doing were so elementary and ridiculous and it wouldn't really help my hurting heel, but the staff there get to the root of the problem and at eight visits my heel is sooo much better than it was when I started. These therapists know their stuff! So when you go, don't whine! Just do the exercises, they pay great dividends to your overall health. They also have an amazing massage therapist that's really awesome! (Stephanie) she's amazing too. I'm making regular appointments with her even after my foot heals. Effective physical therapy. I've been working with Steve and the team for almost a year now, and he's helped with a lot of my problems. Steve has a good broad skill set; he's been able to diminish symptoms I've had quite literally affecting all areas of my body. I'm not 100% fixed (I'll probably never be), but I've made a lot of progress and do feel much better thanks to he and his team's help. Everyone there is very personable and friendly, and it's always a pleasure to interact with everyone! I've never associated the place with a "doctor-y" vibe or felt like I was going in for a "therapy session." This is definitely a big plus for the clinic! I would like to thank the staff at South Pacific Physical Therapy in the AV for their hard work. I recently fractured my rib and collarbone after a mountain biking accident. This injury not only hurt my body, but my confidence as well. The staff was able get me back to 100 percent working order and gave me the confidence to get back to my normal routines; gym, MTB, trail running, lifting heavy things and putting them down. I went to South Pacific for almost a year after my local physical therapist badly botched my initial rehab after an acl and meniscus repair. Yaron and his crew are extremely knowledgable and attentive. I always left feeling like I got the best therapy possible. Thanks to them I was able to fully return to a physically demanding job as an ER RN, and continue to enjoy a variety of physical activities like hiking and rock climbing. The staff are very disconnected from their patients...VERY judgmental,Lazy and over all just not Professional with how they handle their clients. (Not all but majority of the staff). Staff member "Rachel" fits all of these actuation and more. She need to be re-trained on communication, and professionalism while dealing with others. This establishment has a great group of physical therapists and front desk staff that worked very hard to help me overcome my injuries. They focused on helping me move better which allowed me to feel better and heal at more accelerated pace than expected. Thank you all for your hard work and focus. Injured my wrist and the very first time Giorgos "worked on it" I felt a nerve release and my pain was instantly decreased!!! I had been going elsewhere for two weeks and they always made it hurt worse! It was like magic! Since then I have been treated by everyone there at one time or another and each is as caring and skilled as the one before! I have been bringing my elderly Mom here recently. And she's doing MUCH better after a nasty fall. George is a superhero to my Mom. George has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the body, and he explains everything to her very slowly. She can be difficult, (LOL) but he always cheers her up and listens to her. I went there based on Yelp reviews that I had read and being referred to a PT by a Neurosurgeon, after being told I have want is called a "Bad Back"... I was in a lot of pain and really didn't give PT much hope reducing the pain much at all, just one of the steps I had to go through.. After meeting with the Dr and being told they don't do all that heat and massage stuff I really didn't feel hopeful... BUT... honestly after the first session of some simple pain free stretching I could feel a difference and as the 6 weeks went on the improvement continued... I feel now that surgery is not the necessary next step and with the tools I learned in this process, IF I continue to work it on my own I may be Okay!! David and Rachel were especially helpful and patient with me, I really appreciate them!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a helping hand working through some pain... read more

I have bad hips and compressed lumbar vertebrae, and am in chronic pain while I await multiple surgeries. I'd been to other PT places in the AV that I thought had questionable billing practices, so I took my prescription to South Pacific. No billing issues. These folks know their stuff. Everyone on the staff was gracious and supportive. I was prompted but not pushed to do painful movements, and advised to back off if I had pain. I felt like the staff members really took an interest in healing me and the other patients. I was able to take the movements they taught and use them at home after 10 sessions. Regrettably, although it helped, PT is not going to relieve me of having to get a surgical repair, but I plan to go back to South Pacific for my post-surg rehab. Good people. Good equipment. These guys are top shelf. When I got the clearance from my doctor to begin physical therapy for my sciatica condition I was in extreme pain that could only be controlled with heavy medication. Since I began therapy I have been able to decrease my medication to almost none and the lack of strength in my right leg has been resolving itself to where it is almost back to normal. I call myself "Pretzel Woman." I have scoliosis and am absolutely paranoid about anyone working on my back, in case they make it worse. Not an issue with Giorgos at South Pacific. He listened very carefully to my concerns, and then proceed to help me through a difficult time I was having with pain and numbness. He is truly a healer and I immediately trusted him; very knowledgable and his bedside (tableside?) manner is so encouraging when I am in pain and tend to get depressed. He is really an angel. I am 76 years old woman who suffered a knee injury that was very painful. I had previously been treated by Yaron Peters 4 years ago at South Pacific Rehab and did not hesitate to return for my current problem. I arrived to find a personable staff who understood how the body's muscles interact and began a series of stretching exercises to restore balance. I went from being in pain to being pain free in a relatively short period of time without the use of pain medication. Holy Whoa! I honestly didn't think there was a good, knowledgable, caring physical therapy facility in the Antelope Valley! But hidden away back in a corner on Lowtree in Lancaster is South Pacific!! I'm recovering from a pretty brutal foot reconstruction surgery and their care, concern, expertise...I could go on and on is such a relief to me! I thought I was going to have to drive to LA! I actually don't DREAD going to PT!! I'm even looking into them helping me with my back/neck and shoulder; the results of a car accident in May. I have that much faith in them! It has been such of great experience coming to South Pacific Rehab this past few months! I fractured my wrist and needed surgery back in March, I originally started my therapy in West Point for two months but I showed no improvement, I was still unable to bend my wrist or make a fist it seemed like I was getting worse. I started going to South Pacific Rehab and within two weeks of therapy (about 4 visits) with Yaron Peters, my wrist flexibility improved and now I can say my wrist is almost back to normal. As an athlete in Lancaster, Ca it was important that I find a Sports doctor/physical therapist to help me not only recover from over use injuries and what not, but also help me to PREVENT them from happening to begin with. Dr. Yaron Peters was the greatest find in the Antelope Valley, his knowledge of body movement far surpasses that of most physical therapists and his techniques are a combination of traditional physical therapy mixed with the latest findings in the field of body movement and physical therapy. Him being an athlete himself there was a lot of compassion for a speedy recovery. I will not lie I went in for a consultation and in one session I already felt major relief in my hips and legs. Even when I did not have any pain I continued to see Dr. Yaron Peters because he helped me to gain strength and power where I was lacking it and kept all injuries at bay. I became a better athlete while under his care. I HIGHLY recommend Yaron Peters at South Pacific Rehab. Even if you do not have pain now, go in for a consultation and learn about where your strengths and weaknesses are to prevent the over use and/or incorrect use injuries from occurring.
