I overheard a customer in their rear-most space which is where they go over their personalized stationary. They are very thorough in going over how the customer wanted their particular piece to look. The setup is efficient, well-organized, and customer-friendly. One of the biggest FedEx locations I've been to. The store is located in one of the busiest corners in town, sharing parking with other stores like Kroger and Great Clips, so finding a spot might take a moment during peak hours. Still, the convenience of the location and the speed of service make it worth it. If you need a quick and hassle-free FedEx experience, this is definitely the place to go!

This review is for Northville UPS office on Cadycentre.  I…read moremade a notary public appointment earlier this week.  I received email confirmation.  I called and confirmed a few days ago.  I received another email at 5 AM today from UPS confirming the 1 PM appointment (5/23). When I showed up at 1 PM on the dot, I was told the Notary had just left for break and wouldn't be back for 25 minutes.  I informed them I had an appointment and it was confirmed.  I showed the mail confirmation. The staff texted and called him. They said it went straight to voicemail. The notary walked in around 1:30 PM after I waited for 30 minutes.  No apology, no anything.  I was charged the notary fee.   I usually do not complain about much, but this experience was completely unacceptable.  Mistakes happen, but making a customer wait 30 minutes when they had an appointment, not responding to texts or calls from his coworkers, I was shocked at the lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer service..  Then to not receive a waiver of the $10 fee or at least an apology is unbelievable. Incredibly disappointed with this UPS store.
