Absolutely the worst UPS Store in metro Detroit. Their systems are frequently down, so you drive here and waste constant trips. Came here over the weekend to return an Amazon purchase. Door locked - system was down. Came back middle the week after - SYSTEM STILL DOWN. This place is poorly ran, poorly managed, and clearly underfunded. AVOID. *EDIT - in response to "the owner's" canned response - if you truly " understood the importance of reliable systems and efficient service", then you wouldn't have repeat 1-star reviews from people pointing out your unreliable systems and service. 2 out of the last 3 times I've come to this store to return Amazon packages there has been a sign on the door saying their system is down. Considering I only make the trip to this store once a month, this is pretty crazy. I've never seen this problem with another UPS store. This location was convenient when running errands, but I'm going to have to start using the Livonia location again. Also, the last time I came here to ship a package out of the country the employee didn't know what they were doing and had to leave it to someone else. The employees seemed nice enough, but I just can't give this a higher rating. It's been too many wasted trips just to see a sign on the door that I have to turn back around. read more

The people that work here are nice but every time I need to a return an Amazon package it's never available or an option because of a software glitch. I could understand if it's a one time thing but it's like constant problem. Very disappointing. read more

Use your N 95 or better yet, bring a canister of oxygen for yourself! Service was great. However, upon walking in the door, the first thing I noticed, was the strong smell of cologne. I could actually taste it! Repulsive! I won't visit this location ever again. And couldn't get out of this building fast enough. read more

Since the management has taken over this location, they have made Herculean efforts to improve their customer service. I have been using this location for shipping for several years and I am very happy with the new owners. They do go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I had gone to them to fax very important documents. The fax line I was given was constantly busy. They attempted 14 tries over 2 days before finally making a connection. I received a call after the successful connection. This is true customer service. Thank you new owners! Thank you Yogi! read more

This location is nonfunctional. Their computers are always down or they're experiencing issues with their system. The last few Amazon returns I've brought in they've been unable to process. Today I came in with a preprinted ups return label. They said they could take my return but couldn't provide a receipt. I'm not going to return hundreds of dollars of product with no receipt! Worse experience on my life. Walked to return some rugs. The lady was so rude I could tell from her face didn't even talk and she was saying in a mean way tape it out. And when I tried to print the label out I asked for help she yelled at me. My husband was just saying omg (like why do you have this attitude) and she yelled at him too and said leave and gave him a middle finger. It was a tall blonde lady. That you will realize when you first walk because she has a mean face. When I asked for her name and telling the "owner" how do you let your employees talk like that and she was trying to excuse her like she didn't do anything wrong and not sure if she said her real name of her(Jess) ! It was just a guy that helped me print the labels out and do the job correctly like they should. read more

Bruce is a great guy and superb, no pressure, doesn't try to dump a lot of unrelated or unnecessary extras on. I was "that guy" who came in ten minutes before close and he treated me great. The guy working was super helpful. I came in with three items and three shipping labels. He gave me a box that was lying around to save me some money on shipping. He packed my items for me and put the labels on for me. My toddler pulled a bunch of greeting cards down, making a mess and he offered to clean it up. I will definitely go back there next time I have items to ship because of the great customer service. read more

The attitudes of the employees at this location are unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. They often do not know how to access basic information in their computer system to determine who has the authority to collect packages. There is one guy who works there who is rude and down right disrespectful. This location needs to clean up their act as I have visited other UPS stores and received stellar customer service. read more
