I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. The video presentation did not make mention of the damaged and obviously repainted front end. I discovered this after having the vehicle delivered to my home. Not only was the damage not disclosed, the car had almost 1000 more miles than what was listed online. I assumed it had been used by the dealership. This was not disclosed to me. This particular vehicle was a low mileage vehicle, and 1000 miles makes a huge difference on the resale. It also arrived dirty. The biggest issue was that the finance manager I was initially dealing with left and did not communicate to the new individual that would be taking over my transaction, the shipping details. They shipped my vehicle to Montana, and had to be eventually rerouted to Houston, delaying the delivery date by four days. Although they took care of the additional cost, I think that was the least they could do. The lesson that I learned is never buy a vehicle that you cannot test drive or look at yourself. I think these types of issues could be expected from an individual, but not a reputable company. Follow up - TJ contacted me directly to discuss the issues that I was having after the damage to the front end continued to get worse. Not only did he accuse me of lying, but said that they were not liable, and that there is absolutely nothing they can do. Stay away from this dealer at all costs.
