I had to wait few months for MRI appointment and see a specialist. I decided to try physiotherapy while waiting for my appointments. In my first appointment, Ali listened to me carefully, examined my shoulder, neck and limited movement. He diagnosed it's frozen shoulder, explained what are the stages of frozen shoulder, took the time to show me what muscles/tendons are causing the pain, what should or shouldn't I do and planed a treatment routine using manual stretches (very painful!!), Laser, ultrasound, Acupuncture twice a week. After few weeks, my range of motions increased and had less pain. He even thought me how to put a pillow under my shoulder and arm at night so there is less pressure on my shoulder so I can get some sleep. He is very professional, knowledgeable, informative and cares about his patients. I still book appointment to see Ali every couple months for maintenance and relieve the tension buildup in my neck & shoulder due to my type of work. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable, caring and incredibly patient when explaining things to me. Mel, Evita and the front desk team are very welcoming and always so helpful with my appointment bookings and everything. I always feel great after session. The clinic is located in a shopping plaza with lots of free parking available.
