As a result, my doctor prescribed 12 weeks of physical therapy for me. After being dissatisfied with the therapy services I was receiving from my initial physical therapy provider, I decided to check out other physical therapists in my area. A family friend said she had heard good things about the Amity Physical Therapy Office that had recently opened in Wallingford, and recommended that I check them out. That was all I needed to hear. The next day I booked my first physical therapy appointment with them. While the Wallingford facility itself is bright and squeaky clean with a very contemporary vibe, the thing that really impressed me was the staff. They were much more friendly and welcoming than the first place I had gone to. Warren and DJ set the tone with a very professional and personable approach to their patients. It was clear to me that the truly care about delivering quality physical therapy services to their patients. After working with Warren and DJ and their staff for twelve weeks, the strengthening and stretching program they designed for me accomplished all the objectives I was hoping for.
