Our photographer recommended Patrick to us and from the very beginning, it was a blast. He worked with us to create a package based on our needs and was very friendly (and funny) from the get-go. When the big day came, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. It was wonderful that he already had a working relationship and rapport with our photographer (Alyssa Flores) so they were a great team already. He and Adam (the second shooter he brought along) seamlessly blended in and managed to capture our special day in such a beautiful and authentic way. And continued to make us laugh all throughout the day too; which is very important and true to us. :) Not to mention, he already had a preview video reel compiled by the end of the day (and was showing me little sneak previews throughout the day too). We have never had anything like this before but wanted something fun for our members to do during cocktail hour and we were not disappointed. Derek was very responsive to our emails and worked with us to create a custom design for the photo template. He was on time to set up and ready to go when our guests arrived. His props were clean and updated... nothing dirty or torn like I have seen before with another vendor. They made sure the table was always tidy and organized after each group took photos. I was so impressed with him during our email and phone calls I decided to hire him for my 50th Birthday Party the following week. Like at the work event, he was on time and very responsive to any requests. I even ordered the custom wood photo album and it is beautiful. Derek's wife, Jade was at the table making sure my guests put a picture in my book and wrote me a little note. They are a lovely team and worked hard at both events to provide an excellent product for our guests. Derek also does regular photography and video. I can only imagine how fabulous he is at that.
