I got the manager and she filled out a form stating that someone will reach out to me in 2-3 business. It was a Friday so I didnt expect a call until Monday or Tuesday. Well days passed and I reached out (there's no number to call you have to send a message) someone responded stating that the manager was supposed to do an investigation and I explained that she told me that someone from corporate will be contact with me. Well today I receive a email stating that my claim was denied due to my vehicle being old and it was damaged anyway. My car was not damaged before March 6th. My car was fine until that day. I think it's unprofessional for someone to assume that my car was previously damaged that has not even laid eyes on my vehicle. The first picture is a before picture dated 2/18/26 and the second is the day it happened. I don't care that my car is older please don't assume it's damaged.

Then my car didn't even get clean in the wash! It still had bug guts on the windshield and bird poop on the paint when I exited the wash. When I called to report being shorted on my change, I got a voicemail box and my message was never returned. Worst customer service and car wash experience I've ever had. Never again!

In my past experiences Fountains "touchless" drive thru car wash has always given a good wash but…read moremy last experience wasn't. My car was looking pretty rough from recent snows and salt crud build up. Fountains is reasonably priced at $9 for the my usual Ultimate wash. If you read my past business reviews I'm fair and remain positive but this one is 3 out of 5. Past experiences always good I have to say all seemed fine until I arrived at my first destination that's when I noticed both sides of the car wasn't clean and yet everywhere else it was clean as a whistle. Not sure why maybe due to the recent demand a malfunction occurred and I understand It happens. While waiting my turn I didn't see a attendant. So next time I stop I'll mention it. I'm hopeful it will be fixed before needing another wash. I'll then update my follow up review.
