Frankly I'm amazed to not see a ton of awesome reviews here for Rich - or any reviews, for that…read morematter! Rich has been around for a while and DEFINITELY knows his business hands-down. My club worked with Mr. Soergel on the creation and embroidery of a large back patch, and through the whole (sometimes painstaking) process, Rich was superb. Through several iterations on artwork (that was the hard part - since we had a committee of reviewers and a bunch of small tweaks to work through as a result) Rich was great to work with, and maintained good communication and professionalism. Once we got together to pick the actual thread colors based on our artwork, it was clear that he has years of experience and knew exactly how to recommend the solutions that would result in the kind of outcome we were hoping for. Once we got the physical "proof" version in actual thread that we could touch and see in different light/angles, we were all thrilled - even the subtle shading elements were exceptionally well-captured and represented, and we're now eagerly awaiting our final products. Again, Rich was super professional, made great recommendations after getting to know our style, what we were looking for in a patch, what kind of use-cases we had, and made the whole process much easier than I anticipated it was going to be. I was looking for a place that sold Bernina Sewing machines. As a longtime Bernina user, I'd been…read morehoping to find a dealer nearby, and I was happy to find Cozy's. Walking in, I was greeted by a huge showroom filled with every kind of sewing machine imaginable. On one side, bolts of fabric, quilts, and precut packs completed the best of all worlds for my sewing needs. I spoke with Peter, whom I gather is the manager (owner?). He was welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me to the modern Bernina that could replace my beloved "old friend." I explained my past experience with Bernina and the machine's demise, and he showed me how the newer model offered improvements in stitching and features. I had recently bought a Janome at another place and was regretting the switch. Peter offered a generous trade-in deal: he'd credit my nearly-new Janome toward a Bernina purchase at full value. I walked out with a Bernina and the sense that I'd reunited with an old companion. Peter also suggested a lesson to maximize the machine's capabilities, which I booked with Tami, a store instructor. Tami spent an hour walking me through the machine's ins and outs, and I left feeling confident and inspired. To top it off, a few accessories I wanted were available at a deep discount, thanks to Peter's careful pricing. The experience at Cozy's Creative Center was wonderful and I will be going back to attend their many classes offered for sewing projects.

Infant gowns, smocked dresses, curtains etc... I thought last month, it was on its last leg. I was so upset. I moved from Buffalo NY so not near my repair shop. I found Cozy Creative Center. Lisa, the manager had so much knowledge not only of Bernina but every machine in her shop. An accomplished sewer herself, she helped me navigate towards which machine to look at next, if needed. But before she did this, she said she would have Peter look at my old machine. A few days later, Peter called, he not only loved working with this old Swiss machine but said he could get it back to new in a few days. HE DID! When I went in to retrieve it, he excitedly showed me exactly what he repaired and had me sew a bit to make sure I was satisfied... It sewed smoother and faster then ever! I am more then satisfied. I will always be grateful to Peter for his skills. There are not many people left with this knowledge. He told me to enjoy my machine, that I did not need another. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party.
