Walking in, I was greeted by a huge showroom filled with every kind of sewing machine imaginable. On one side, bolts of fabric, quilts, and precut packs completed the best of all worlds for my sewing needs. I spoke with Peter, whom I gather is the manager (owner?). He was welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding me to the modern Bernina that could replace my beloved "old friend." I explained my past experience with Bernina and the machine's demise, and he showed me how the newer model offered improvements in stitching and features. I had recently bought a Janome at another place and was regretting the switch. Peter offered a generous trade-in deal: he'd credit my nearly-new Janome toward a Bernina purchase at full value. I walked out with a Bernina and the sense that I'd reunited with an old companion. Peter also suggested a lesson to maximize the machine's capabilities, which I booked with Tami, a store instructor. Tami spent an hour walking me through the machine's ins and outs, and I left feeling confident and inspired. To top it off, a few accessories I wanted were available at a deep discount, thanks to Peter's careful pricing. The experience at Cozy's Creative Center was wonderful and I will be going back to attend their many classes offered for sewing projects.

Came here to have some T-Shirts made for some employees who created a hiking club at work. We decided to surprise the employees and provide them with T-Shirts for their next hike so I had to get these made within a week. T-Shirt Mart made it happen. As soon as I walked in an employee said we'll be with you in one moment. I waited for five minutes and then sat down with one of their designers desk. He was upbeat and very kind and very familiar with their capabilities and turn around and also has great knowledge of the type of T-shirts they have and all the different varieties. The whole transaction to design the T-shirt took somewhat about 15 to 20 minutes to complete the design. Once their graphic design team creates the design for you they send you an email for your approval. They do not make your T-shirts until they get paid in full. And when you pick up your T-shirts, it's very important that you have your invoice with you as you will not be able to get your T-shirts released to you until you have the original paperwork. It took less than a week to get my T-shirts and when I picked up the T-shirts, I was very impressed with the quality and overall outcome with my shirts. I saw a lot of people coming in and out getting family reunion T-shirts made, and also bachelorette T-shirts for the bridal party. I arrived around 5:50 PM and waited until about 6:35 PM. There were no other customers, yet no one helped me. Around 6:30 PM, an employee named Arron finally came over and told me, "I can't help you, it's past our time." Another employee, whose name I believe is Kayina, was there as well, and neither of them made any effort to assist or accommodate a longtime customer. The way I was treated was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. After supporting this business for years, I expected much better customer service. If your business is closing soon, that's understandable, but ignoring a customer who has been waiting for over 40 minutes and then refusing service is unacceptable.
