The goods that were won! Three from claw machines and one from the shooting game.

This arcade is called "Gatcha," but contrary to the name, the arcade doesn't have any traditional gatcha machines. The arcade has two sides: claw machines and games. I came for the games, and spent around $40 here for about 150 credits not expecting anything. Little did I know I would have a blast with the shooting game as well as the claw machines. Came out with four plushies! The staff was super friendly and seemed happy for us when we won. Will definitely return in the future!

My go-to hangout spot in Flushing! I've been coming here since they first opened, and I stop by every time I'm in the area. It's located inside the Tangram Mall and has all the fun, cool games you could want from claw machines to arcade games. I mainly go for the claw machines because I'm addicted to them, and I love checking out the new plushies and prizes they have each time. This place is the perfect therapy for me after a long, busy week.

Overall, it's a fun place where the machines are not TOO rigged compared to literally any other claw machine venue in the USA. I was able to win 3 stuffed animals in the past. However, the manager is unprofessional and refuses to honor free credits earned through prior special events / holidays.

This arcade has been a super welcome addition to the Flushing scene. Every time I visit Flushing I always try to stop by to see what new plushies they have in their claw machines or if there are any new arcade games. They used to have a bar area but that's since been converted into 2 photo booths and more driving games. It seems like now they also have coin pushers in the claw machine section. The arcade area also has a lot more rhythm games now as well as 2 karaoke booths. There's only 2 dance machines now as the others were replaced by sniper style games

Gatcha, where a big kid could be a kid! This place is pure fun! One side claw machines, the other side arcade games. They also have a plethora of prizes available for trade in and tickets. My most recent trip, we won a plushie steamed bun and did the karaoke booth. It was so flipping fun!

I'm addicted to claw games and this 100% hit the spot. Granted we didn't win this time around. They have the spot to buy the cards to get the machines to work. I honestly didn't know about the card I tried to use my debt card to use the claw. We put $11 on thr card and only got two tries. The one thing I don't like is that after you use the machine a worker comes to pack everything. Usually claw games they don't do this so people can actually win. There's video games here as well that I recommend. You definitely need at least $50 to be able to promptly win something. I had to leave or else I would have spend my rent here.

Gatcha is THE place in Flushing where I spend my time and money more than what I want to admit to! This place is really fun especially with friends and kids. Sometimes I cannot tell if I am more excited to be here or my kids! :) Mommy got good at claw machines really quick! I love that they have a trade in system for prizes for some claw machines or for anime figures at the entrance. Claw machines are really not super difficult unless you're going to K-Pop light sticks or the trendy Labubu blind boxes. The best value for the arcade card is the $55 for 192 credits option as of date. There is a $2 activation fee for new cards. There are arcade games on one side including a karaoke station and lots of claw machines on the other side so it fits everyone's interest! Gatcha is opening a new location in K-Town in Manhattan some time in the future so can't wait to explore that one too!

Service was friendly but lines can be very long on and off. Prizes and glitziness is nice, modern, and very Japanese. Like the American Round 1 that is more Japanese. Expensive and one of the machines I tried was confusing because I didn't see tickets come out that I had won and one of the staff in a grey shirt was nice enough to take them out and find me to give them to me. I enjoyed an expensive game where there was one shot with the chance to win plenty of tickets but there were multiple steps to win and probably different paths to win stuff depending on what happened. I like Round 1 more because the tickets go automatically onto your card and less likely to miss number of tickets I think. If it wasn't for the quality staff service, I probably would've docked another star.

A large arcade with half the store dedicated to claw machines and the other half dedicated to interactive games like taiko drums, first person pov games and more. Very busy with lots of customers playing games or trying their past at the claw machine side. Typical difficulty with the games but otherwise plenty of other figurines to shop for too if you'd prefer as well. Staff are kind and frequently check between aisles. Ambiance is very energetic with lots of bings and bongs of noise as games go on and off

Gatcha is located on level 1 in Tangram Mall at 133-33 39th Ave Flushing, NY 13354. Gatcha has many different type of interactive games on the right as well as claw machines on the left. I wanted to play with the claw machines. The claw machines are filled with cute plushies alongside a mix of other products. There is a trade-in system where you can exchange plushies for bigger prizes or pay cash for big prizes. Since this was my first time at Gatcha, I needed to get a card and load it with credits. There were 2 kiosks by the entrance. I got on line to wait to use the kiosk. The wait wasn't too long. It is $2 for a card and different game card amounts: $11 for 28 credits, $22 for 65 credits, $33 for 107 credits, $44 for 150 credits, and $55 for 192 credits. I chose the $11 game card and paid $13 in total. Each claw machine has their own number of credits. Bigger and more popular plushies were more credits. After walking around and deciding which claw machines I wanted to play, I played 4 times and won 2 plushies. It wasn't too difficult. I had a lot of fun at Gatcha and playing with the claw machines. For $11, I won 2 plushies so it wasn't too bad. I definitely want to come back and play again to win more prizes.

Gatcha is an Asian style claw arcade and is the biggest one in the New York City area. You buy credits to play the games and these credits never expire. This place has three sections. As soon as you enter, that is the prize area where you can exchange your credits for prizes. There are lots of Gundam action figures and anime related plushies. On the left side are the claw machines. I've never seen many of these machines in one place. There are dolls of so many different designs and sizes. The right side is full of rhythm games like Dance Dance Revolution, action games, driving games and more. This is a very fun date spot. It's actually very easy to win prizes here. The staff even walk around rearranging the dolls inside the claw machines to ensure equal distribution to make it easier for people to win. And you are allowed to trade your prizes for other prizes.

Super fun arcade with lots of games, claw machines, etc. they also do bundles with labubus. Fun place to keep people of all ages occupied and there's a game for everyone. The service is great, all employees are always walking around, ready to help. As of June 2025, the plushies from the claw machines can be traded in for credits. You can also purchase lots of collectibles with those credits.

Nestled in Tangram mall at the top floor, you can't miss the lights, colors, and sounds from the Gatcha store. Entering in, there is a huge selection of figurines. Some are displayed on the display case or individual boxes. To the left, Gatcha machines ranging from little ones being able to play to the regular height machines. You need to have a game card loaded up with the desired amount before you play the machines. My husband had fun getting one of the stuffies. Took three tries, all in good fun. Some of the claws can be tricky to play and play at your discretion because before you know it, you'll load your game card again. All ages were here. It was fun to watch and see different reactions around the place. On the right side, no Gatcha machines, however, more arcade like games. There are plenty of gifts in the front area. Con - When I picked up one of the stuffed animals, I thought on the label, the green sticker part showed a discounted price. By the time the cashier said the price, I wanted to know why it was the full price. He goes, " The green means how many tickets, the white is the full price. There are signs everywhere." I apologized for misunderstanding him and moved forward to returning the item on the shelf. From his mannerisms, I didn't appreciate the rude, condescending tone. The signs are not as big and visible for people to see. This could have easily been overlooked. This interaction won't deter me from this place. However, the cashier should be retrained properly on how to speak to people. All in all, good and fun vibes. I'm looking forward to coming back next time.

Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

Who is Plucky? What station? Walked in to get prize after spinning the wheel outside- It's all claw machines where you put in tokens and claw stuffed animals and other toys. Where to get tokens? As you walk down the ramp and on right hand side is a token machine exchange your dollars to tokens. What did we win as we each spin the wheel. A stuffed dog key chain and a bag- where you can put all the toys you won from playing at the claw machines. The stuffed animals were all adorable and cute. They lined up all the stuff animals as you walk back up the ramp to head out of the store. I think that's where I saw Plucky- Very cute. Luckily, I'm still able to get 3 mini plushies....despite some difficulty. $1 = 1 token + you need to put in 2 tokens ($2) per turn for mini claw machines while 3 tokens ($3) for regular sized claw machines. Only downside: Sorry, buddy! You're all on your own. No staff physically working at the spot so you won't be able to ask anyone to reposition/rearrange the plushies for a higher chance of winning. Probably won't ever go back again. It's too difficult to claw anything imo if plushies can't be rearranged when they get pushed to the side or towards the corners as the claw can't reach certain areas inside the claw machines. Nonetheless, best of luck to anyone who plans to stop by!

We had to get a break from the loud music in the bathroom with the door closed! A relief for few minutes and back out we went with my daughter throwing a tantrum. Also I don't know why the baby self changing diaper station is literally at the door of the bathroom. What inconvenience! Anyone who opens the door can just bang the door at the diaper station, which is what happened to my daughter while I was changing her diaper. It was bad and very shocking. Hopefully they can relocate the diaper station away from the door or in a better area. So back to the bowling alley, we added our names in the system and it was so hard to distinguish whose turn it was. The screen above us displayed all the names but never flashed whose turn it was so we were all confused. I accidentally went on someone's turn when it was not even my turn. The good thing about this grand opening event was the free light bite appetizers that were going around. I made sure to grab a couple! The focal point of the amusement park is the historic Flushing Meadows Carousel. It contains four rows of figures, including 64 jumping horses, 7 standing horses, a lion, and 2 chariots. It was created to serve patrons of the 1964 New York World's Fair by combining two earlier carousels, both of which were carved in Coney Island in the first decade of the twentieth century by renowned carver Marcus Illions. The two historic carousels used for its construction were the Feltman's Carousel (1903) and the Stubbman Carousel (1908). While the 1964 World's Fair was going on, the carousel was located in the Lake Amusement Area. In 1968, the carousel was moved to its current spot which is adjacent to the Queens Zoo. In 2012, NY Carousel Entertainment was awarded the contract to operate the Flushing Meadows Carousel. The company made cosmetic repairs to the machine, repainting it, sanding and staining the historic wooden floor, and adding new fencing to the entire area. The following year, Fantasy Forest Amusement Park opened. The carousel was joined by additional rides which include the Corona Choo Choo, the Twirling Teacups, the Bouncy Baja Buggies, the Corona Cobra Coaster, and the Queens Motor Speedway. My family and I recently visited Fantasy Forest Amusement Park while we were spending the day at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. We spent the morning at the Queens Zoo and the small amusement park is conveniently located next to it. Although there aren't many rides at Fantasy Forest, the ones that they do have are very fun. We told our sons that they could pick any two rides to go on. First, they both accompanied me on the Queens Motor Speedway. My sons liked how the cars quickly zip around the corner during each course rotation. Afterwards they both accompanied my wife on the beautiful carousel. Overall we had a fun visit the Fantasy Forest and we hope to stop again on a future visit to Flushing Meadows-Corona Park!
