At the end of each month they hold a jazz recital, held by an adult jazz band, the setting has some nice basic seating and up until recently they used to sell wine to offset costs and actualy had heavy hors' deuvres, but they seem to be slowly growing as they now are lookin got get this done by a outsid eparty . But back to the school the price to listento great music is cheap(5.00in advance and 7.50 a the door ) MASSIVE attraction they can charge 20.00 and its still wel worth it, you listen to a good 2 hours of great selections in jazz, with nominal food and drink fees, this is great for the visitor wondering of the Augusta area is more than just gold, YES IT IS. There is lots of treadmills, cardio machines, a track, a basketball court, a full weight room and a second floor of free weights, and many group fitness classes. The only complaint I would have is that the hours get a little weird around the summer/when there isn't class, so make sure to check ahead of time, but all in all an excellent gym!

I decided to check out mathnasium for him to maintain and get ahead in math. The director explained the program in detail and made it easy to understand. You play a monthly fee and can attend as many times a week for an hour(more time is given to middle/high school students). He is currently enrolled in the 6 month program. Will update my review after the six months are up to see if we could see any improvement.

They push you to graduate but I say check the required curriculum of the school you're transferring to. It will probably save you money by taking only the classes you need. It's the first time I've "cared" about school since the 3rd grade. The teachers here care about you, and with the small class sizes you really get a chance to know them and form meaningful relationships. The classes are quick--8 weeks--and you're able to knock it out at an extremely convenient but comfortable speed. And the club opportunities are terrific. Our debate team went to Chicago. It was crazy. The school's extremely affordable as it is, but on top of the already low cost, your books are free. If you're interested in starting college for the first time or coming back to try again, I implore you to do it at GMC.
