This past October I was presented with the opportunity to attend PMTI's PMP 4-day Bootcamp. Due to the quick turn around from conception to the first day of class I was unable to watch all of the content that PMTI suggests before attending the bootcamp. As I began the bootcamp I received more of an understanding of why the initial review is so important. The PMBOK guide contains a vast amount of information and although PMTI has done an amazing job of breaking the content down into digestible pieces, it is still a lot to take in. Luckily, the folks over at PMTI have THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING! They have a thorough understanding of what it take to pass the exam. They have developed an amazing set of data to let you know when you are ready to take the exam. I found all of their content to be identical to my actual exam scores. I strongly recommend PMTI to anyone who wants to pass the exam in a timely fashion. My number one recommendation is READ THE MATERIAL and listen to the videos. Read EVERY page for understanding. When the instructor says "This is important", LISTEN. If you follow the guided structure they have created you will past the exam. After I fully understood this I was able to pass my exam with flying colors! Coming in above target in 3 of the 5 process groups. Thank you PMTI! read more

When I started looking for a vendor to help me prep for the PMP exam, It seemed like most of the training vendors were the same and it was difficult to figure out which would be best. I chose PMTI based on various reviews on multiple sites and could not have been happier! The online prep material was "bountiful" to say the least. The company gave great, repeated instructions on what would be required to pass the exam and there were plenty of tools and resources to help me get started on applying for the certification. While the class schedule for the boot camp was intense, the instructor was great! Yad is the man! He taught on a strong pace, with plenty of opportunity to provide clarification and examples of concept application. I followed his methodology, took the exam on day 5 and PASSED! The investment was well worth it and I really appreciate all of their continued support. What's even better is that they also have addition PDU options available for people who qualify. I took the online version of the PMP bootcamp and I passed the test on the first attempt; 3 days after class! I hesitated taking the online version after several colleagues have taken the in person class and recommended I not take the online class. After I decided the online class fit better into my schedule I went for it and was impressed with how the facilitator managed the class. I felt like I was in the room with him and the other students. I do believe there would have been more discussion in an in person class, but the online class did the job. However if you stay truthful to yourself and follow the program to the T you will succeed. I found PMTI when researching courses to assist w/passing the PMP. I highly recommend that you go into the class prepared (including the recommended memorization), utilizing what the online portal provides; I also recommend that you leave work behind for this week, if possible, so you can focus on learning the material. I had submitted my PMP application and signed up to take the PMP on the 5th day prior to the class. Elvis was a seasoned instructor and reinforced many recurring themes to assist with passing the exam. PMTI instructors have a clear plan on how to get their students up to speed and pass the PMP exam. The materials help students focus on the most important topics covered by the exam, and then the two practice tests each day helped build my confidence. PMTI's online materials and online practice exam were very useful to help me prep for the 4-day course and learn the PMI jargon ahead of time. I also had confidence in PMTI's guarantee; if I did my part, they would back me up if for some reason I did not pass. This was a fantastic prep course. I felt fully prepared to take the exam a week after completing the course and passed without issue. It's not for the faint of heart. There is a ton of prep work prior to the training and homework each night. It drained physically and mentally but if you put in the work, it's worth every penny. The curriculum hones in on best test taking strategies and the appropriate information. Not only that, taking 2 mini-practice exams each day with a full practice exam on the last day let me know exactly where my problem areas were so I could focus on that material. I have become a huge fan of PMTI!!! My instructor was great!! Engaging, informed and up to date on the latest changes at PMI. The course covered everything we needed and directed us to practicing the way we would take the test. The study guides provided were on point and I used them to really help focus my pre test studies. The environment was good, we had appropriate breaks, snacks and lunch included. I could not ask for anything more!! The four day training even provided an effective strategy for taking the PMP examination as well as a targeted study regime that accurately targeted the emphasis areas I experienced in the exam. I took the 4 day online instructor led bootcamp and passed the PMP 5 days later. The bootcamp is very fast paced so a good foundation in the PMBOK terminology before starting the bootcamp was very helpful in being able to absorb so much material so quickly. This vendor was recommended to me by another project manager in my company. The PM that suggested it to me passed the exam the first time and I passed the exam the first time as well. The course materials were to the point and very well prepared. If you take the course, study the materials, you will pass the exam...no questions. The upside is that you don't have to read the whole PMBOK, you just need to do exactly what they say prior to training to be prepared, during training and after training in order to pass. Highly recommend this course. It focuses primarily on the important PM information required to pass the exam. Tough and time consuming for 4 days, but adequately prepared me to take and pass the exam 3 days after course completion. Daily exams and simulation practice tests were a great help because real exam questions were similar which gave me confidence during the exam. The PMTI tools like the Process flow diagram/process chart and course prep worked helped me grasp the material. I took the 4 Day Bootcamp course in late October 2016 and just passed the PMP Exam! I found the course to be very helpful and I strongly recommend it to PMP candidates. My advise is to make sure you do the prep work prior to beginning the course which will help you get the maximum benefit out of the course. Also, make sure you complete the daily assignments and take full advantage of the PMTI website which was a great resource for preparing for the exam. Great program to get you ready for the PMP examination. Everyone was very helpful and Yad pushed the class to its limits. Definitely recommend this class to those who are serious about getting their PMP certification. The PMP is a requirement of my current position. As a Program Manager with over 15 years of experience, I was skeptical heading into the boot camp.
