True to their word, the owner/manager (Julia) made things right in terms of customer service with me and I highly respect that. They honored their word and rectified the problem even 10-fold. It is rare to find owners or managers who keep their word and go above and beyond when fixing a problem. I really appreciate it. I was able to use the transform + wash, where I went up to the kiosk and the gate would automatically lift because they have LPRs (License Plate Readers). This is new technology that I have not seen used at a carwash before. What a novel concept. Other carwashes would usually apply a windshield sticker with a transmitter, but this technology is non-intrusive. It is highly efficient and I like it! Driving up to the kiosk, they have additional cameras that perhaps scan you as you pass through their "arch." Depending on the time of day, it could be very crowded, i.e., 4-6 pm, where the wait could be up to 30-45 minutes. It is highly inefficient then because you are trapped. The only exit point is on the right before the kiosk. Those cones can be removed if you ask the staff. Moving on to the wash itself, I am highly impressed by the quality of the wash. Moving into the car wash tunnel, they have an attendant who will brush your car with foam before the track carries you through the wash. The wash itself features new equipment with high quality brushes. They also have wax and a tire applicator. The spot free rinse leaves no residue thanks to the air blower and soft dry roller brushes. The wash itself probably takes 3-4 minutes to complete the tunnel. Exiting the tunnel, they have an attendant who will dry off your car with a towel. I always tip them about a dollar. However, you can also wave them off and drive straight out. They have vacuum bays if you turn to the right. All in all, the quality of the wash is high as my car leaves looking glossy and my tires looking shiny. The car has no water residue and you can feel the wax on the car if you glide your fingers over it. Though it is a bit pricey for the "Transform Plus" wash, it definitely delivers. Notes: One time, I went when it was busy and I think the attendant accidentally gave me the second-level wash as I saw it flashing on the second level before entering the wash. No tire applicator was given as a result. I see from another reviewer that they say it is difficult to cancel a membership to their monthly wash -- on the website, they say to email them. Terrible window cleaning and missed spots when doing the exterior Armour All. Armando did a fantastic job with quality control, he did everything at this location. I'm a 17 year plus customer. We've been through the ups and downs with the place and always appreciated a friendly face and great customer service. No more. On our last visit on 6/14/26 the car was wasn't as good as before, the new staff needs more training. After 17 years of being a loyal customer to both locations, it's time to move on. The person working the counter was nice and acknowledged my concern at the increase. I can understand raising prices due to inflation but by that much is just using inflation as an excuse to price gouge the customer. Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. Wash Me Now has absolutely earned our business going forward, and they'll be the first call we make the next time either of our vehicles needs detailing.
