His level of professionalism was/is unmeasurable. He dropped us off at the door of our various stops and picked us up without a problem right where he left us. After 7+ hours, we were returned to my home "safe and sound." I note that a couple of the ladies inadvertently left items on the van, i.e., cellphone and glasses, and when I called Greg, he searched for the missing items and then swung back to the house with t heir things. As soon as I departed the plane I turned on my phone and the voice message indicator beeped. It was our driver, (Pabvlo? He was Greek so I am sure that is not how you spell his name. My apologies.), and he told me that he was aware of the early flight as he was tracking us and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim entrance. He was very pleasant and a good driver. He had my two year old's car seat ready and six year old's booster seat in the very clean black Lincoln Navigator (SUV). He took us to the grocery store for a quick pick-up before we went to our hotel. As we entered our hotel driveway he arranged a price quote, for a round trip, from one of the hotel's SUV drivers for an outing that we had planned the next evening. He confirmed that the price sounded fair. We appreciated that extra help. Our second driver, (Ash) arrived a little earlier than scheduled as per my request without any question. He too showed up in a very clean black Cadillac Escalade (SUV) with car seats at the ready. He got us to the airport safely and on time. Pricing for both of these trips was terrific. Approximately $78 including tip pre-paid. We tipped a little extra on top of the pre-paid amount to each driver for their exceptional service. But you won't have to and they don't expect it or pressure you to do so. We definitely recommend this company and it's drivers if you are in the Orlando area.
