From the online quote and reservation to the pickup, drop off and payment it was hassle-free and convenient. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, not some past-its-prime car that someone is trying to eek a few more trips out of. We used them from and to the airport (MCO) for a recent family trip to Disneyworld. Our incoming flight was a half-hour early. As soon as I departed the plane I turned on my phone and the voice message indicator beeped. It was our driver, (Pabvlo? He was Greek so I am sure that is not how you spell his name. My apologies.), and he told me that he was aware of the early flight as he was tracking us and he was waiting for us at the baggage claim entrance. He was very pleasant and a good driver. He had my two year old's car seat ready and six year old's booster seat in the very clean black Lincoln Navigator (SUV). He took us to the grocery store for a quick pick-up before we went to our hotel. As we entered our hotel driveway he arranged a price quote, for a round trip, from one of the hotel's SUV drivers for an outing that we had planned the next evening. He confirmed that the price sounded fair. We appreciated that extra help. Our second driver, (Ash) arrived a little earlier than scheduled as per my request without any question. He too showed up in a very clean black Cadillac Escalade (SUV) with car seats at the ready. He got us to the airport safely and on time. Pricing for both of these trips was terrific. Approximately $78 including tip pre-paid. We tipped a little extra on top of the pre-paid amount to each driver for their exceptional service. But you won't have to and they don't expect it or pressure you to do so. We definitely recommend this company and it's drivers if you are in the Orlando area. read more

Simply the best! Not much more costly than a regular taxi for airport trips, but infinitely classier service! After one very scary, raggedy taxi ride home from OIA after midnight with the driver-from-hell on a distressing night last year, I knew I couldn't afford to ever take that risk again. Seeking an alternative to waking friends or neighbors for a ride in the wee hours, I consulted my buds at Yelp. Enter Noble Transportation and Limousines. From the ease of the online quote, reservation, and credit card payment, to the efficiency of the pickup and delivery to and from the airport, this is a first class operation. For my outbound flight pickup, the driver (who happened to be the owner) called to say that she was slighty delayed by traffic. And only five minutes later, she was buzzing me from my front gate. Two weeks later, coming home from my trip, when my flight arrived at MCO after midnight, there was my charming prince of a driver (looking very pressed btw) -- at the bottom of the escalator, holding an iPad with my name in bold letters on the screen. My luggage was handled quickly and my coach -- a black SUV -- parked across the street. Cinderella herself couldn't have been happier! Easy online reservations. Immaculate vehicles. A few weekends ago a friend of mine and I called Noble so (four of us) no one would have to drive for a night on the town in Orlando. I have to say from the time of arrival their driver (I didn't take note of his name, oops) was the most courteous, the limo was clean, smelled nice and the bar was far more than enough! We went from one destination to another and everything went smoothly. No unscheduled stop charges that I know of or anything as mentioned before. We hired Noble Transportation to drive us from the Orlando airport to a Disney resort 2 weeks ago and our driver was great and we had a comfortable experience. However.......we hired them again when it was time for us to go back to the airport for our return flight home and it was a horrible, terrible, stressful experience. Never again. I am extremely upset about the bad service that my family and I received on the return trip today. The driver arrived on time early this morning to pick us up at the hotel and we had issues with him before we even got off of the hotel grounds. He didn't even know how to get off of the Disney property and he was constantly looking down and typing things into both GPS' that he was using! I asked him if he knew where we were going and he said "yes, but this area is very big and confusing." We were still on the Disney property and he had no idea which street to take! After he stopped TWICE to check the small GPS he was finally able to get on a main street and head toward exiting the Disney property. He suddenly crossed over 3 LANES at once on the freeway because he almost missed the exit we needed for Epcot/Downtown Disney to get to the airport! At this point we were very upset that he would drive so recklessly with us int he car when he clearly had no clue how to get to the airport from our location. In the meantime, the car was freezing cold when he picked us up at 5:00am and I had to ask him twice to please turn on the heater and he fumbled around and finally figured it out. He then proceeded to drive 45 miles per hour on the freeway and was crossing over the white raised lane separators for several miles. I asked him again if he knew how to get to the airport and he said "oh, yes." After a stressful, scary and worrisome 40 minute drive we got to the airport entrance and he suddenly asked me which airline we were going to. I had made this reservation online at their website and had already told them exactly where we were going and which airline we were using. Clearly he didn't bother to read the reservation because he had no idea which airline we needed. This driver never introduced himself so I don't know his name, but this was the worst limo car service I have experienced in 15 years. This is totally unacceptable and this company never should have sent him to drive my family to the airport! It was unprofessional, scary, stressful, and a terrible experience for us. I sent an email to Noble Transportation as soon as we got out of the car and I received a response from someone named Ash. He said that they are not in the car with the customer and don't know what happens, but that he was sorry that we had a bad experience and went on to tell us that their drivers are professionally trained. I could have done a better job driving myself to the airport in a rental car with a GPS than what they did today. And yes, I was charged the full amount of $90.00 for today's terrible service and this company didn't even bother to offer an adjusted rate or a partial refund. I am giving this company 2 stars because the first driver did a good job, but the 2nd driver should not have been allowed to drive us if he had no clue where to go or how to get there. This limo company should not put clients in this situation especially of they're from out of town and not familiar with the area. I will never hire this company again and do not recommend them. read more

What a great experience I had with Noble. After booking, I got an email which confirmed all of the information I had requested. I live in CA and was worried about booking a limo across the country in FL without knowing much about them. After checking the reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with them. It turned out to be a great decision. The price wasn't the lowest, but it was fair and included gratuity. I was contacted a few days before my trip to double confirm the details and make sure there were no changes. Awesome! Someone who cares about the details. We took the limo one way from MCO Airport to Port Canaveral for a cruise on Enchantment of the seas. We also had a ride back from Port Canaveral to MCO airport. Both were excellent. Our driver, Deen, was great. We were greeted with a iPad that said my name and was easy to see far away. He even had the movie "Enchanted" waiting for us on the flat screen when we got in. It went well with the theme of our cruise and my girlfriend was very pleased. He briefly went over how to control all the electronics and promptly gave us privacy. I wish all drivers did this. If I ever go to Orlando, I guarantee I will be booking them for all my private transportation needs. Thanks Noble! read more

Came across one of your limos today. Driver couldn't get off the phone long enough to go on a green light. Then he hoped from lane to lane. Drove a few miles with his left turn signal on. Finally to top it off cuts through a gas station parking lot almost clipped a car, and almost went head on with another one. Used Noble on our recent trip to Orlando. Price was reasonable and cheaper than a taxi or shuttle for a family of 7. Booked a round trip via a van. The first leg of the trip was fine and the driver was there to pick us up on time. However, on the return trip, the driver was more than 30 minutes late. Had to wait outside on a hot day. Good thing was we love the hot weather. The driver apologized profusely for being late so we forgave him. Just don't let that happen again. I'd still recommend Noble for your transportation needs around Orlando. The vans were clean and the drivers were nice. read more

I used Noble transportation for two days recently in Orlando, one trip from the airport to the hotel and one round trip to and from the Disney Park for our large group. I was extremely pleased and impressed with this company's service. Robert was our driver on both days and was pleasant and accommodating. He was always ready and waiting for us, and he was kind and professional at all times. I thought the rates were also reasonable, and in my opinion, paying a little extra for a driver and the more comfortable, stress-free experience is worth it versus taking a taxi. The car and van we rode in were also very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend Noble, and will use them again if visiting the Orlando area. read more

Excellent all the way around. My family used them during a recent vacation. I booked them online. He was prompt to respond and offer further traveling recommendations dealing with time frames. He was waiting for us at the airport with an iPad with our names. He posed for a picture with my kids and quickly helped us with our luggage to a beautiful, clean SUV right outside the door. Talk about easy! He safely drove us to our first hotel destination and pointed out landmarks along the way. We saw him a few days later and he drove us to Port Canaveral for a cruise and then picked us up afterwards and drove us to the airport. Very friendly, reliable and prompt. We hired this company to drive us from Winter Park to Tavares after a reunion party. There was no bottled water in the car, so we asked the driver to please stop at the 7-Eleven that was right on 441. He pulled in, my husband ran in and bought a bottled water, and was back in the car in less than 5 minutes. When I received the final bill, I was charged an extra $25 for the unscheduled stop!!! Unbelievable-my $1.59 water cost $26.59. My biggest problem with this is that when we asked the driver to stop, he made no mention of an extra charge. Had I known it would be $25, I would not have stopped-we only had 20-30 minutes left in the ride and I could have waited. I tried to contact the company to discuss and no one has ever contacted me back. I felt the $25 extra charge and the way it was handled was pretty shady. We recently used Noble Transportation to drive us from Walt Disney World to Pt. Canaveral. Everything started out great! Driver showed up 20 minutes early. Our daughter was a little cranky, but he was very understanding & patient. Even offered her candy to cheer her up! We'd give him 5 stars, but only problem was that he didn't know how to get to the cruise line when we got to Pt. Canaveral! I understand that the signs aren't clear, but he took us to the commercial side. All the consumer cruise lines were in one section and for some reason, he took us to the other side. I'd understand if he brought us to Royal Caribbean instead of Disney Cruise Line, but he was in a completely different section! It all ended up OK, but perhaps, this company needs a little bit more experience in Orlando. Again though, the driver was very nice, very patient and very early, so 4 stars. read more

After searching online and doing my due diligence for a reliable and comfortable ride from Orlando Airport to Cocoa Beach, I was certain that this Company was the right one with all the good reviews I found ( none are perfect ). After confirming via email and by phone that the credit card would be used to only reserve the transportation service, I specifically asked if we could pay cash to the driver and was told yes. We arrived in Orlando and were greeted by Charlie ( very nice man or so we thought) and were driven to our destination in Cocoa Beach in good time in a clean car with pleasant discussion. Upon arriving we paid the driver cash including more than the required gratuity and were on our vacation. Upon returning home a charge on my visa for the amount plus exchange showed up for the total amount (double billed). I have contacted the company via email and phone and even received a call advising us that the matter is being looked into, but no credit has ever been received. After speaking with Visa turns out I didn't do the one thing ( I even said I should have done this after we got home from vacation and saw the charge on the credit card ) that would have made this all go away. GET A RECEIPT! Lesson learned. But we will never use this company again because that is what they hope for!!!!! read more

This was our second time using Tiffany Towncar, and once again, we were extremely happy. We requried a van because we needed 2 booster seats for our boys. I was a bit nervous because we were starting off at Universal and then needed a mid-week transfer to Disney with a grocery stop. Our driver was Gil, each and every transfer, and we love him! He was polite, personable, and great with our boys and very patient (one of which has autism and asks a lot of questions.) They were so excited to see Gil each time! We will be requesting him on our visits back to the Orlando area. The van was spick and span clean, smelled great, the booster seats were there and we had no complaints at all. well worth the $180 for 3 transfers. Of course we tipped Gil pretty well. We have no problem doing that if we get exceptional servie, and he was exceptional. We won't ever use Disney's Magical Express again (we've had 3 past terrible experiences!!) and will only use Tiffany Towncar. read more
