Customer service is very good in my experience, as is the communication. If there is an issue (which I've experienced a few times), they will get back to you within a business day and will provide you with a free meal/discount code to compensate you for any trouble. Another excellent feature of EatFlavorly is that there is no subscription required. You can order however frequently you would like, as long as you order at least 5 meals at a time. A final recommendation would be to check their menu on a daily or near-daily basis, as some of my favorite meals will go from sold-out to available, or disappear for a while and then reappear, seemingly overnight.
