I am so happy to be away from this company. I rented with them for 16 months and it was the worse experience ever. The washer and dryer machines were always broken, they lied about getting a working bell system when I moved in, the security doors didn't secure a damn thing, the walls were very very thin and they were terrible at clearing the snow in parking lot. Now I'm currently hunting them down for my security deposit. If I could give zero stars I would. The only thing I recommend about this company is to stay far the hell away from them. read more

DO NOT move into ANY of their buildings in any of the towns. In Chicago Ridge The only pleasant person to deal with is the actual maintenance men who come out- unfortunately they RARELY come out and you have to deal with the very unpleasant Heather who takes your maintenance requests. We had a service request that NEVER was fixed and we had to fix our selves but were not allowed to be reimbursed for it. Then we went 3 MONTHS with leaks in the ceiling never being fixed- the ceiling actually caved in in a unit and in the laundry room and still there was no sense of urgency or empathy to fix the situation. The leaks were so bad they reached the 1st floor-of a 3rd floor building and ruined the fire alarms so if there was a fire in the building the alarm wouldn't even go off. There are multiple children living there and you don't even find a way to fix the alarm system ASAP? How someone can sleep at night knowing children live in a building that has broken fire alarms is beyond me.You call and they give you the run around, are rude say don't blame me blame the owner but can't actually tell you who the owner is or how to get in touch with them. Then they ignore your emails or calls- but as soon as your a day late on the Rent they are on your ass- funny how you don't have to make my apartment livable in a timely fashion but i have to pay you in a timely fashion. as a client i don't feel respected or "important" as they just walk in without a notice the building is dirty. they take over a month to fix anything or they just don't I've been waiting for 6 months for a fix. Stay away from this management it the Worst management company ever. We have been incredibly dissatisfied with the negligence, lies, harassment, and disrespect this company conveys. I been renting since 2 years, 1st year I moved apt full with bed bug...1st thing, when i moved i asked them if there is bed bug they said no, but after just one week my wife and baby become all red with bug bites...we spent 6 month of nighmare and we took all our cloth garbage and bought new one. 2nd the oven has problem of smoke and gaz...I called company more than 5 times but owner doesn't care...and refuse to change new one...3. We have problem of electricity in apt sometimes there is light in bedroom somtimes no and same for living room and kitchen...called them but can't find where is problem finally they made big hall in kitchen and leave it for me like it is.....4.us we know winter is too could but this management doesn't care ..the hit is cold so is better you buy more warm cover bed...5.there handy man are with no experience they don't know nothing every time they come to fix something they take all the day just to make over time...finally after one week waiting, nothing fixed..the only handy man in this management called marrio..if you get other one it means wast of time...6.building is very old and when you move in, you will find every thing old ( windowns,bathroom,oven,refrigirator,floor,..) but be careful and font worry just when you leave apt they will take all your deposit you gave them to buy new staff and they wI'll chare 125$ cleaning even if your apt is cleen. I was charged 575$ of the $720 security deposit for minor fixes even though the building is older and there was tear upon move in..the day i left apt, the worst handy man cam with very dirty smelling, like he was smoking something and check apt, then he keep writing every thing missed,missed and when I asked to see what he wrote, he refuse to show me what is missing...and told me just signe, he was in hurry to leave, he wasn't normal and cant stand he just keep moving and saying i have to leave, i have to leave...then i refused to signe for hom since he wasn't normal and refuse to explain what is missing...I swear i will find every social media outlet that they are on and inform everyone I can so they don't get stuck in a horrible situation like we did....I just posted how they charged for me 575$ even I cleand apt and left every in good condition..as I know every owner has to clean and renew and pain apt every time there is new renter but this management owner is smart, he is paying from our deposit. read more

TERRIBLE management company. They NEVER clean up around any of their properties and you have to call several times to get anything repaired. I have been to SEVERAL of their properties and they ALL are filthy. They manage properties in melrose Park, Northlake, Elgin and other locations & they are dirty. If you check out the grounds at the one in Northlake it is even WORSE. There are papers all over the ground, food wrappers, kids toys all over and the apts have ROACHES. What makes it worse is that these people charge you for EVERYTHING.. including normal repairs to THEIR properties. DON'T MOVE INTO ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THESE PEOPLE!! read more

these are the worse people to rent from. i lived in their northlake location and the apartment use to flood and have mold in it. on the walls, in the closet and along the window seal. it flooded for about three years. the finally decided to put us in another apartment, they charged us for them painting the apartment (because of the mold) they also charged us an additional security deposit to be in another one of their apartments. we lived their for a couple of more years and finally decided to move out. they was showing the apartment before we even left. entering the apartment when they felt like it. when maintenance did a final walk through, he said that everything was fine, then when it was time to return our security deposit, they charged us $225.00 for painting the apartment and $25.00 for a toilet seat. do not, i repeat do not rent from these horrible, aweful people!!!!!!!!!! trust me you'll regret it!!!!!!!!!! read more

Prominent Property Management Inc is a rip off. When I told them I did not want to extend my lease, I let them know an extra month in advance as a friendly deed. Rather than be professionals, Mark the landlord contacted me to write good reviews for them and then decided that they would begin to let people look at our apartment while we lived there. This WAS on the lease, however, it should not have begun until the following month. For 2 weeks, people were in almost everyday, including one day WHEN THEY ENTERED WITHOUT PERMISSION. They are constantly coming into the building for various tasks and rarely actually do them. During, they put up signs for weeks about winterizing the window. The signs would say that in between monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm they would be entering at some point and never did. I was having issues getting payments in on time at the beginning because I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers' check. I was hit with an unnecessary $50 fine one month becausee they penalized me for not receiving the rent money on time when the expected date fell on a weekend. They do not tell you that you can pay online so that they can make more money off of you. I had 2 packages delivered and were stolen. When I texted Mark Conway, he never responded at all. I was charged $300 of the $899 security deposit for minor fixes even though the building is older and there was tear upon move in. This was after I called to inquire about it they lied to me and told them that they barely took anything off. DO NOT MOVE IN PPM...MARK CONWAY IS FULL OF SHIT...I lived at 4337 Prescott in Lyons.....Received paperwork saying I owe them $1680 in damages. $200 per wall, rollers on closet doors that were already broken when I moved in, broken stove, broken window, saying I didn't clean, a whole bunch of other shit that wasn't true...every time I called for them to fix something nobody came out. Building nasty. Tenants having sex in laundry room. Ppl viewing your apartment while your still living there...just too much shit going on with them.....WELL I SUED THEM. WENT TO COURT YESTERDAY BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. Mark swore into court and lied the whole time. He tried to give me $100 to drop the case. Hell naw he thought he had a dummy. I got my $875 back......I wasn't the only one that went through this in the building I stayed in. He did so many ppl like that. I never knew why I seen so many ppl move in and out that building. Now I see why. Plz don't be a victim to their scam. Find somewhere else to move. read more
