The daycare itself is very old and they DO NOT clean up, they say they have a cleaning crew but they don't sweep, mop or sanitize, they only take out the trash. If you want to mop yourself, there's never any cleaning supplies to do so. Pastor Nigel is passive aggressive, and will make manager decisions, but when you ask him about it he couldn't be bothered to indulge, he will redirect you to someone else in charge. He is too CHEAP to hire subs, and since teachers call out everyday, on top of them never wanting to hire new people, it often results in the remaining teachers to be out of ratio or change their entire schedule. It's clear to me that Nigel doesn't care about the daycare that's attached to his church. Speaking of teachers, even when they do rarely hire someone else, they ALWAYS hire openers, which left me and one other person to be closers, which often left me out of Ratio. They will also look for ways to terminate you. They fired me because I missed a lot of days of work, which is understandable, but there is a teacher currently working there who literally DISLOCATED a child's arm, and now she's acting like Assistant Director. The daycare itself is old and run down and desperately due for an upgrade. The rooms are too small, it gets too cold/hot, and it's also just really dirty in general. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the TEACHERS. They're some great people and I enjoyed working with them. Everything else is a bummer and it's no wonder they go through teachers so easily.

I always felt comfortable dropping my child off because I knew they were in good hands. I especially want to mention Rachel, Ms. Vee, and Miss Crystal -- they were absolutely amazing. Each of them went out of their way to make sure my child felt safe, supported, and loved. Their communication, warmth, and consistency made such a difference for us, and it showed every day in how happy my child was at pickup. The only reason we left was because we moved to a different city and needed a daycare closer to home. If that hadn't happened, we definitely would have stayed. PARENT PLEASE READ BEFORE BRINGING YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAYCARE!!! As a mother, this has been one of…read morethe most upsetting experiences I've had with childcare. I had previously spoken to management about concerns with constant reports over minor things involving my children. After that conversation, the environment toward me changed. I wasn't being greeted in the morning carol and Melanie both managers would look me in the face and not say anything. I don't know the reason of the change when I only addressed my concerns regarding my kids. The following week after I raised concerns, my 2-year-old daughter was injured while in their care and her arm was dislocated (nursemaid's elbow). I was later told that a toddler teacher, Leilani, had pulled my child by the arm, which led to the injury. What is most concerning is that I was never notified at the time of the incident, and no one informed me when I picked her up. I only realized something was wrong after noticing my child in pain myself. I called the daycare to find out what happened they then told me they had an incident report but did not notify me. The next day, when I went back to address the situation, the director, Carol, stated that they brought my daughter to the front, iced her arm, and moved it around, and claimed she showed no signs of pain so they didn't believe it was serious. However, that does not align with what I witnessed. My child was clearly in pain, when I attempted to move her arm, she cried. She was also walking around holding her arm, which should have been a clear sign something was wrong. I was then told by Melanie that the toddler teacher Leilani called in sick. I know that is not true. The daycare is hiding something and wanted to save the teacher and keep her from saying anything that didn't align with what the director told me happened. They also claim they can't go back on the cameras. My child was left for approximately 2-3 hours with a dislocated arm without me being notified. As a parent, that is extremely alarming and unacceptable. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning. Parents deserve honesty and immediate notification when their child is hurt.

I chose to do a tour during that time for a reason & I was not disappointed. My baby usually doesn't go to people but I was pleased to see him slowly getting acclimated with Melonie , one of the directors. She was amazing & answered all my questions in detail. I look forward to him starting in the fall.
