The remaining work was scheduled for the first week of March, but the contractor did not show nor reply to texts, calls, emails. Communication resumed several weeks later only after I filed a consumer complaint, followed by the contractor requesting additional payment outside the original agreement and a house lien threat despite incomplete work. The remaining work was never completed, and no refund was issued.
