It was probably the cheapest thing we did in Branson as far as being worth the money it was. They don't have a bunch of exotic animals but there's plenty to see. The drive through was my favorite a bunch of animals came up and stuck Thier heads in the car looking for treats. I recommend it good value.

We had a blast at The Promised Land Zoo. The VIP plus experience was so worth the price and time. We held a baby kangaroo, and had an individual encounter with sloths and lemurs. Just fantastic! We upgraded to the Ultimate excursion and enjoyed the personal ATV tour through the safari. This allowed us to get out and feed the animals in the fenced areas along the route. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, this was the highlight of our trip to Branson.

We were sad after leaving this zoo. Many animals are kept in small, non-stimulating environments. It's upsetting that these precious creatures have no choice but to live the rest of their days incarcerated, some of them with no companions. Although the animals seemed well fed, that is not enough. They need to thrive by having their mental needs met. Many seemed to just be surviving. One little primate enclosure really got to me, as he sat all alone, looking out the window, longing for a better life no doubt.

This was literally the coolest experience. My boyfriend and I got the vip where we got to meet a few animals before walking/driving around the zoo! We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Branson!

My grandmother and I planned a day to do all the fun things in Branson and this place had to be the highlight of our day. We paid for the VIP experience and absolutely LOVED it! The staff was super nice and friendly, making our time more memorable. She got to interact with her favorite animal and got to learn some facts about them. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends!

Save your money. We did the basic tickets and only drove through. Not much to see really. Was expecting more encounters like open range, but all was fenced in. Money would be better spent at a real zoo.

Definitely worth visiting while in Branson! The price was right and we spent a lot of time here. The drive through portion was great, not rushed at all (we went on a Saturday morning). My son really enjoyed playing at the park and going inside to see the monkeys and he really liked the rabbits. The foot safari was so much fun!! We fed the parakeets and the other animals outside.

Love this place! We try to go at least once a year for the animals and invest Christmas for the light drive through.

By far the best part of the experience was the large butterfly arena with different butterflies from around the world. They give you this flower connected to a nectar vile and the butterflies basically come to you. In addition you get a laminated sheet which tells you what butterflies are in there so you can identify them. There are so many butterflies you almost forget about the pretty hummingbirds around. There is a cool mirror maze, 3D movie and slide to keep your kids occupied. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they care about their job. Prices paid for admissions which was a little pricier than expected: Child- $11.00 per ticket Adult - $32.00 per ticket Senior- $29.00 per ticket However, it's one of those prices you pay that you feel goes to a good cause to help the butterflies and other animals there. Overall, it's worth the visit if you are into that sort of thing or want to try something different than mini golf :). Just getting photo ops with my children and the butterflies is a mom and dad's dream if you can imagine lol. A great time and experience!

However, even with expansion work going on and things unavailable that we were excited for during our visit it was still a five star visit. The Butterfly Palace is an absolute must if you are visiting the area. We paid high price for so many attractions and this one was by far a favorite. The flight of the monarch's 3D movie was such a quick and educational film and the small reptile area had wonderful staff. Thank you to Evan that was the most patient and kind employee that we encountered while there. She answered all of my toddler's questions without feeling dismissed or in a hurry to move on. The butterfly room was beautiful. Educational for both adults and children with identification cards, binoculars, and magnifying glasses. I could have stayed there much longer than we did waiting for butterflies to land and admiring their beauty. It was truly a fantastic experience for all ages. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My only thing I would say is how crowded it gets. I felt like at one point it was shoulder to shoulder. I'm not sure they have limits on the amount of people in the room at one time or a way that they move people through. Either way 5/5 or 10/10!

The lion exhibit was so frustrating because they look depressed but also the glass was completely caked in dirt. (My video shows this). The lemurs were the only ones that looked happy. Most of the animals were depressing to look at. I feel so bad for them. The fish tanks throughout the facility were filthy and covered in algae to the point that you could barely see the fish... dripping down the glass and floating on the tops, waste buildup visible throughout the tanks, which was concerning and honestly heartbreaking for the fish. Very unhealthy. I mentioned my concern to Holly the manager. She then called over the aquatics employee and he agreed that they are very dirty, but they are last on his list. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, Holly became aggressive and hostile and repeatedly told me not to leave a review. The situation escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable trying to leave because she was blocking my exit. I told her that if she did not move, I would have to call the police. Her response was, "OH! You haven't seen hostile Holly yet!!!," which I considered threatening and completely inappropriate. All of this occurred simply because I expressed concern about the condition of the fish tanks and the welfare of the fish. Customer concerns should be handled respectfully, not with intimidation. This place has a lot of bad reviews talking about the same thing we noticed. (I attached a few.) How is this place even open?? Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

It was cute and fun to feel the vibrations and wind. The actual aquarium is actually smaller than other aquariums and can take you less than 30 minutes to walk through. While we were at the gift shop, another member of the group and I decided to check out our group photo. We followed all the directions from the signs and waited for an employee to come over to the counter. However, what we didn't expect was the employee (longer blonde hair, maybe 16-17 years old) to walk another group over and then proceed to tell us that she wasn't going to help us because we didn't follow directions. When I asked what directions we didn't follow, she pointed to the sign and said that we went into the wrong entrance. When I told her that we did go through that entrance and had been waiting to be helped, she proceeded to continue to be rude to us and directed her attention to the other group. We ended up leaving without seeing what our group photo looked like. Overall, this aquarium is just okay and probably won't be returning next time I am in Missouri.
