Pro nails, a place that does nails, hair, eyebrows, lashes! It should be called Pro Salon! Not only that but she uses the best products for your hair Pureology and Olaplex! I saw some of her hair color she did as I was getting my hair done. Very nice! Her prices are unbelievable! It would be 4 times that in Seattle! Btw, they also have dips instead of gel. Those of you who get gel manicures...once you go to dip nail polish you won't go back! I think she is the only one who does it around. Today I went in there and they were very rude and had poor customer service. I had an appointment and there were two people in front of me still and they did not apologize for the wait. I am a nurse so I can tell they do not follow health and safety standards according to state. They cross contaminate between customers using the same buffers, files and manicure instruments without the proper disinfecting in between. Their nail salon is not clean. The two women (mother and daughter) who own the salon do NOT wash their hands in between clients. And the mother was mopping a dirty floor touching dirty water with her hands and did not wash her hands before starting to work on my nails. Very poor customer service and does not communicate well and does not meet the minimum health and safety standards to prevent cross contamination between themselves and employees. Do not go here unless you want to increase your risk of bacterial and fungal infections in your skin and nails. read more

I go in for pedicures, I have been in 3 times, the quality of work is great. Owner is oriental and her English is not great but her work is really good. I am a walk in and always treated good. read more

I have been going here for years. I love this place. Before my kids were in school the two gals running the salon would let my two kids sit and play on their tablets or watch tv on their television. I found out in the last few years that the daughter, Allana, went to Gene Juarez Hair Academy and cuts hair out of the salon. She has a spot on the other half of salon for hair. She is AMAZING. I used to drive to Seattle to get my hair cut at VAIN on 1st Ave. where the stylist have to audition to get their spots. Allana is EVERY bit as good as those stylists and she chooses to work with her mom out of Pro Nails. I spend hundreds less, for the same quality haircuts, color, highlights, etc...as at Vain. My pedicures and manicures have always been perfect, and if there is ever a problem, (like me smudging it 5 minutes after walking out the door) I can come right back and they will fix it. I can't recommend this place any higher. I wouldn't stop going to Seattle for just any hair stylist! Sometimes I have to wait, but I never care because I know when they do get to me they will give me as much time and attention as they are giving the people in front of me. If there are people out there that can't understand the wait, they aren't really the type of person that would appreciate what Allana and her mother are doing there in the first place.
