I've been here now twice…read moresince the change in ownership, and no, it's not the same, but second visit was better than the first. My first visit after the ownership change included an extra recommended item at a maintenance visit which always leaves me a little suspicious due to past experiences at other dealerships vs never having "recommended" add-ons under previous ownership here. Second visit had no "ma'am, your (insert expensive fluid or car part here) is (dirty, worn, etc)". They did just charge the oil and rotate the tires with no add-ons. If it had happened twice in a row, my spidey sense would have sent me on my way. They did permanently get rid of the quiet work room which is too bad, but they do have some tables that work for a laptop, but no outlets to plug in near the tables.... Another change...I received MULTIPLE texts and emails from them wanting to buy my car and sell me a new one including one that I received while they had my car...that said basically "we know your car is here for service, we'd love to buy it today"...joked to coworkers that this was kind of like a ransom note without a threat as they had my car! Seriously, one email would have been fine...but after that, I mean if I want to sell my car, I'll handle reaching out to someone. Anyway, I do miss the previous ownership and crew. I'll likely come here when needed as location is convenient and second visit didn't involve an add ons.

Initially they were fairly responsive and answered all my questions. I made flight arrangements and booked a hotel believing the sale was all but consummated. Then they stopped responding. Calls to the sales and general manager went unanswered. Luckily I didn't get on the plane but still lost money in cancelling my airfare. A week later, the car was shown as 'sold' on their website. Absolutely terrible communication and customer service.

I purchased a vehicle on 4/17/26 from salesman Chino. Check engine light popped on a few hours…read morelater. I called Chino and told him there was a coolant leak at water pump as well as faulty O2 sensors affecting emissions. He said he would speak to owner Bahig Eskandar and get back with me. He did not get back with me and I have called /texted several times since. No response or Chino intercepts and makes excuses and lies and says owner will call me. The vehicle was not road ready at the sale and they also CONCEALED A COLLISION per the cars computer (verified by ASE mechanic). A dealer Concealing a collision is an act of fraud. I told them I want the sale rescinded and my money back including the $1025 I spent repairing the coolant leak. I am not able to drive the car and asked Chino on May 22, 2026 to tow it from my home and rescind the sale and refund my money. He claims he called me back several times. Newsflash: Phones record all calls and there are zero calls from them. DONT BUY FROM THEM! They will GHOST you and not do the right thing to resolve this situation. Taking legal action at this point.

I appreciate how honest and no-frills he is in his communication style and it never feels like he's trying to upsell or pull something off. This can go a long way in an industry where women often are treated differently. I'd also doesn't hurt that they have fabulous snacks and Long's donuts in the waiting area. Nine times out of 10 I take my laptop with me and set up on their Wi-Fi to work remotely. The location is also conveniently 10 to 15 minutes from the heart of downtown. So far we have had positive experiences here and I can't speak so much for the new ownership.
