    It was good, I guess expected I expected more for the price. I just bought a car that had a bad smell (cigarette + puppy), so I ordered an extensive detail, inside and outside, price was $230 after tax. So I expected to be very detailed for the price, but on the other hand, the car was also quite dirty and the smell was the proof or it. The cleaner was a nice guy and was able to remove it. See pictures for the details that stopped me from rating 5 stars. Now I went down to 3 stars (from 4) because I discovered there were discounts and none were offered to me.

    It breaks my heart to post this review because the service was good, but this expensive car wash ended up costing me too much!!!! I came in with an appointment that apparently they didn't have in their system but the guy was really nice and took me right away. It cost me $55 with taxes and it took them almost two hours which is fine but the problem is that I realized they messed up my headlamps with either a chemical or anything they used to clean them. The service was phenomenal because the car was super clean but I have spent money in products for headlight restoration and nothing works. I won't be coming back here ever again.

    The customer service was great. D'Andre listened to what was needed and he suggested something different. Thank goodness I agreed. He along with Landon have my car like it was brand new. They define above and beyond. I will definitely be back

    After trying ProntoWash a few months ago. It left a bad taste in my mouth, The value just wasn't there. I'm a big believer in quality. Meeting an expectation gets you a four star rating, surpassing an expectation will almost always get you a five star rating. My experience this time around at ProntoWash was certainly the latter. During my visit I got the chance to meet PW Owner Scott Wyler. He gave me a warm welcome, provided some insight on his future plans for PW, showed me the new renovations, and introduced me to the new Manager Karlief. It was a great first impression, I felt a much different ambiance than I did in the past. Ok, moving on to the detailing, after all, this is the most vital factor for coming here. My SUV was left in showroom condition, which is what is expected. My Technician Orlando walked me thru the job that was performed and made sure that I left satisfied. I was happy to see the work that was performed on the crevices and the carpets (they removed the seat row to ensure they got every piece of trash), The cup holders were nice and clean, and the exterior was fantastic. The wheels and wax job came out as close to perfect as possible. In covering all the focal points that most consumers would look for in a business... ProntoWash is nothing short of five stars. Running a great business always starts at the top. It was pleasing to see the improvements made to PW, bringing in qualified technicians, working on new enhancements to elevate PW. Goes to show that Pronto is in great hands.

    The "Deluxe" cleaning is horrible!!! The interior is still dirty. I paid $ 60 (tax included) for a poor service !! I strongly recommend to don't hire their service! This happened 30 min ago at Citruspark. Horrible "service"

    Straight out of the car "wash"

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES to this Pronto Wash at CITRUS PARK MALL! I've been there twice and left with lots of things undone but gave it the benefit of the doubt and went a second (and last) time. Starting with the guy trying to let me know how swamped he was (one car before me) I should have left. If I pay to get my car cleaned interior, exterior plus waxed I expect to get in my car and not find crumbs inside or swipe my finger in door jams and get black dust or dirty glasses after it was JUST washed. Not going a third time. Worst service I have ever received!

    Today i went into Protowash in Citrus park mall, all i have to say is that i guess you get what you payed for, i got the PW interior and exterior and i was not expecting much but i wish they would of put a little more attention to detail. On my way out i had to get to a doctors appointment so i took these pictures as soon as i got home, (not even an hour has gone by). All i can say is for the $40 dollars i spend i wish i would of gotten a little more attention to detail they told me they needed 2 hours, which i agreed with, but overall not very satisfied they can improve the service...

    A repeat client, though just over 20 miles from my home, I've used the services of Pronto Wash several times, and not simply based on if I'm planning to be at the Citrus Park Mall, though that can be a benefit of its own. The service is professional, friendly, and detail orientated. An exceptional wash and wax, at a third of the dealer's cost. In today's earlier visit, and after being presented my 2012 Mercedes with that 'fresh off the showroom floor' look, I had the opportunity to meet Owner, Scott Wyler (in street cloth with his young son, I thought he also was a client). Scott introducing himself, and asked if I was pleased. Expressing my continued satisfaction, I also mentioned how I had recommended his service to other friends having high expectations of car care. It may or not be close to you, but well worth the trip if you value the look and care of your car.

    I was able to make an appointment to have my husbands Tahoe fully detailed online for the following day. Dropped it off at 10am and it was done around 1pm. Pretty reasonable timeframe considering what a mess it was after ha info 5 men had ride in it after completing a mud run. I felt bad dropping it off in that condition and was worried what kind of a cleaning we would actually get. We paid $145 and I can assure you It came out amazing. Well worth the money. I know that there are bad reviews but if you spend $40 for a quickie and you're expecting an amazing detail job on the inside... I don't know what to tell you. Try the supreme. Definitely will be back.

    I got the titanium for 26 and some change after tax. I'm concerned about the services I needed…read morewhich was the underbelly, since I came from up north. When I got home there were several areas on my rear door that had obviously not been touched by their car wash.

    Let's start with the definition of insanity- yep- that's me. I said to myself months ago "never…read moreagain", but life has been so so busy lately and I thought- well- I will take it by and maybe paying top dollar (top dollar for Mister Car Wash) at the ole car wash it will be taken care of. Maybe saying to the young man I dropped it off with to "please make sure it's done well" and his response being "yes sir it will be" allowed me some confidence. I love my CLS450 and she needed a cleaning. What was I thinking- WHAT WAS I THINKING?? Vacuum- pressure wash the mats- clean the car. I probably could have done a better job myself and saved $60 bucks- plus $20 tip. Marks all over the car, half ass vacuum job, mats didn't look like a single drop of water came close to them, dirty dashboard. I guess when she rolled out of the wash and down to the hand cleaning area that when it was there for 5 min it wouldn't be done properly. I mean, I know it's hot outside but there is a canopy and it is their job, right? Usually when they are cleaning the interior it takes a good 15-20 min- this time- 5 min. So they ran it back through and even the manager was like "yeah not the best job". This time- NEVER AGAIN. I mean it this time! Customer satisfaction is in the toilet- no one cares much at all. They just don't. Get em in and get em out. Maybe don't call it "Titanium " anything, that's like folks really believing that there is anything luxurious about vinyl flooring! ‍
