I am absolutely blown away be the level of customer service I received from ProntoWash. My 2005 Toyota Corolla looks brand new! They went above and beyond and made my car look spotless. Having two dogs, it's practically impossible for me to get every dog hair and scrub off their nose art on the windows but ProntoWash made it look like I never had a dog in my car EVER! My windows look almost invisible, they are so clean! It's also extremely convenient that they are located in the mall parking garage so while my car was getting cleaned, I could get so shopping done! The customer service the manager, Orlando, displayed is top notch. He was very informative with the different packages and made me excited to use their services. Wendell was the associate that worked on my car and he did AMAZING! Thank you Wendell & Orlando for making my experience one to remember. These guys did a great job with my car! It was so dirty tons of dog hair they even stayed late to make sure that it was perfect for me I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! On top of that they did it all for a reasonable price some places were quoting me over $200 and they did it for 85 plus 25 for pet fee. So I work 2 jobs, have 2 kids and never take time for me let alone my car. I decided yesterday to take some me time and to treat my car too. I took it to ProntoWash which is located in the bottom level of the parking garage at Citrus Park Mall. I went to shop while my car was washed and detailed. They even shampooed my seats. What pleased me the most was that they got the gum off the outside of my car which had melted and baked on. I'M SHOWING YOU MY BEFORE AND AFTER PICS. PLEASE DON'T JUDGE MY BEFORE. I am SO HAPPY with my results. . You should check them out next time you're shopping at the mall or going to a movie get your car cleaned while you shop. My husband frequents this location and always has good things to say, so I decided to check them out. The staff were very friendly and made sure to explain what I was getting for the package I selected and gave me the option to upgrade for additional services. I liked the fact that they do not use water. I booked an appointment online for later the same day and my car was finished as quoted in 1.5 hrs. My exterior was clean with shiny tires and the inside was vacuumed and dusted as expected. I will definitely return. read more

This is a warning to all potential customers do research before you decide to get ceramic coatings through this company they have had it on there menu since June and have no professional set up like a paint booth or shop to perform this type of service it takes anywhere between 10-13 hours of work to correctly apply this I was told by one the employees here that management said they are about to roll it out and it would take 4-5 hours to do! Scott the owner is very courteous, professional and considerate. :-) We just got our car washed and interior detailed. It looks beautiful. Great attention to detail, very nice crew of guys. My car looks beautiful. I got the Deluxe Interior (i think thats what its called?) and I am very happy with the cleaning. I'm so sad though to give 3 stars because they broke something on my car and no one owned up to it. I have a Ford Fusion and on the floor by the brakes there is a black plastic lever that opens my hood. When I went to adjust my driver's seat, I noticed the lever was missing and clearly had been completely broken off. When I brought it to their attention (before we drove away) they all denied knowing anything about it. I'm so disappointed. I don't care that it's broken. I'm so sad that no one is owning their mistake. The manager gave me the owner's number and I called him. He was very nice but said that since no one knows anything about it and/or is saying they didn't break anything, then there's nothing he can do. He really wanted to help make me happy but there was nothing he could do without proof. I completely appreciate and respect his position, but at the end of the day I know someone is not taking responsibility, and that's what hurts. I probably won't go back now, Just because of the dishonesty. If they came forward and admitted their mistake, I would happily go back. Such an easy way to get my car washed!! Nice to be able to go somewhere attached to the mall so you have something to do while your car is being detailed. The actual product even outweighs the convenience. They did a fantastic job inside and out!! I am very impressed with the attention to detail. They even wiped off the touchscreen and got between the crevices in the seats. I will definitely be returning, and recommending this location to everyone I know!! read more

So to make a reaaally long story short: To start, I went to a car wash/detailer on Dale Mabry and they did a TERRIBLE job cleaning mar car (especially the interior which is where my car needed the most work- I just bought this car over the weekend and it was very dirty inside). I paid all this money for what was supposed to be "detail work on the interior", just to have to point out to the people who WORK there all the different places that were still dirty, and asked for them to wipe it down. My car still wasn't clean after leaving (stains still on the seat/door panels and crumbs/dirt on the floor). Then I thought about ProntoWash at Citrus Park mall. I had never been before so I went to see what they were all about. First of all.. let me just tell you the customer service there was awesome! Landon, Mike, and Ian were extremely friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done and they made it happen! VERY DISAPPOINTING. I tried ProntoWash at the Citrus Park Mall today for the first time. Having made an appointment, I showed up a little early (15 minutes) and was told that they wouldn't be starting on my car for another hour. The gentleman asked if that would be ok, indicating that there was no other choice. The same gentleman took my keys and had me fill out a form providing my cell phone number. He told me that they would text me as soon as finished. After 2.5 hours and no text, I went out to the car wash where my car was complete and sitting there for who knows how long. The same gentleman apologized for not calling and said that it was "his bad." After paying, I approached my car which was streaked on all surfaces. I went back and spoke to another gentleman who apologized and went over to try and fix my car. After 15 minutes of him re-working my car, I told him that I had wasted enough t and left. I had to go get my car washed later that afternoon to wash off whatever they used. This was a very disappointing transaction and I won't be back. ******* UPDATE ******* The owner of ProntWash reached out to me the very next business day to extend his apologies. He explained that the day I received my service was an unusual day of being short-staffed and without an onsite manager. He offered for me to come back and have my car detailed (at no additional charge) to make up for the poor service. I did take advantage of this offer and had my car detailed to my satisfaction later that week. read more

Not only did they do an over-the-top, above & beyond job on my very damaged and dirty car, they projected the sort of joy and kindness we all search for in life. It was an actual pleasure standing and talking with them before and after my service. I felt like we were old friends even though we just met. I will only take my car here from now on. I took my car here for an interior/exterior wash, and I was not impressed. First, it was $40, but I was willing to pay because it was a hand wash and "eco friendly". And as a busy mom, I don't have time to wash my car by hand myself. When I called to make an appointment, I was told it would take 30-45 minutes to clean my car. When I got there, they told me it would take an hour. Well, I ended up waiting 90 minutes, with an appointment. When I walked out there, they still were finishing my car. The car was clean enough, but they didn't vacuum the cargo area of my vehicle, and the attendant said there was sap on my car that required an additional treatment and time. I just was not impressed with this place. When I went a nearby automated car wash, not only was it much cheaper, but there was no longer any sap on my windows! Save your money and time. read more

I am giving them 3 stars because I've used them 3 times the first few times were good the last time I went I was told an hour and a half wait time I went to the mall for 2 hours came back out and my car was skipped what did they do to correct this mistake nothing but tell me that try and come back tomorrow so they can try and fit me in. I've brought my car in a few times before and I was always happy with the results. I made an appt last weekend and when we picked up the car it smelled like someone had dropped a whole bottle of deodorizer in the car. It was so bad I had to drive with the windows down for days until I saturated my car with febreeze to help cover up the smell. This was the first time I've ever experienced this but I choked it up to an oversight on their part. However, days later I noticed that a Lightning souvenir was stolen out of my car. I had two in the seat pouch when I dropped my car off and only one was there when I picked it up. Nobody else drives my car, I don't have children so it's impossible for someone else to have taken it. It's not the value of it but the principle. It was a silly team souvenir this time but next time it could be something of greater value. With that being said I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment. read more

Guys were really nice, told them what I wanted and they did a great job! I was able to run some errands in the mall and they were finished in under 2 hours! I had all the seats and carpets cleaned and vacuumed. Great price and my car that shamefully hadn't been detailed in 4 years looks like new!!
