I contacted Stanton (the manager) and asked him what was going on. He found out two cases were broken in transit in California with UPS. He mentioned 4 bottles were destroyed and he would have the wine repacked and shipped. When I received the wine 10 bottles were not there meaning broken. The rest of the wine had some wine stained labels and the 10 bottles were valued at over $500 plus the $146 shipping fee. He contacted UPS and they would not offer any compensation for their blunder and neither would Premier. I do not recommend this company (how could anyone.)

I got one price when I called another when I arrived and a third when I complained. The inconsistency left me a bit weary, don't think I will be back to ship! The copy side is great. Like the machines and computers center. But the FedEx area is a mess! I was impressed with the self serv oversize. Its funny. Most people would say that it is a down side, however, I feel it is great that they just leave you alone and let you do your thing. I have been there for hours without a single employee acknowledging me. Like I said as for shipping they are pretty lame. But FedEx is cheap and reliable even if the counter staff are boneheads. And the Kinkos portion of it is pretty reliable and user friendly. So there you go!

When we asked them to fix mistakes they did as long as it doesn't come to them having to do any refunding of money for their mistakes. I would have given a half a star if it were possible. The manager(s) won't have anything to do with great customer service‼ My hope is because of this review they would reconsider their behaviors and policy(s) on how they treat customers, but I very much doubt they will. In general I give the whole store out of 5.
