I worked & managed in the food industry for years. Most places charge a 3-4% transaction fee which covers the merchant processing fee. There don't seem to be consistent hours, and many times it feels understaffed and poorly supervised. I often see new employees every few weeks or months, which makes me wonder if there are larger management or staffing issues. On several occasions I've had to ask employees just to brew coffee, and overall the customer service and politeness have not been what you would expect from Whole Foods. I don't place most of the blame on the employees themselves many seem overwhelmed, undertrained, or unsupported. The bigger issue appears to be management and the lack of organization and supervision. I really don't like writing negative reviews because I shop here regularly and want this location to improve, but after years of the same problems I felt it needed to be said.
