Although it was post season, during the unusual warm weather snap, we contacted Window Genie of Rochester in the hopes they might be up for the job. The owner answered the call and was extremely helpful!! He came out for the estimate that same afternoon, and later that week the team took care of the windows !! We were so impressed by their professionalism, and quality we also asked for an estimates on Christmas lighting. They had the most affordable pricing of the three estimate we received, so they got the job. The Genie team did an absolutely AMAZING job hanging there lights !! The team members were all so wonderful to work with, and we can't thank them enough !! Actually, I called several times - but I was never able to actually get a person on the phone. I finally left a message. I think I had to call and leave a second message before I got a call back. The person I spoke with scheduled a day - the following week, I believe. I asked that she have the crew call when they were on their way. She said no problem. Well, the day came and went - no call, no show. The next day I called EWC. Again, no person. I left a message saying no one ever showed, and please just cancel the whole thing. We made other arrangements... then the next week two guys from EWC showed up to clean our windows. ???
