We had a cash offer to close in a week and needed to address a few issues prior to closing. I reached out to Marvis on a short notice and he was able to accommodate all the fix and installation needed to sell the property. He installed for us a new furnace and also addressed multiple pipe leaks for us. His plumber actually missed a few leaks but what I really appreciate from Marvis was he took responsibility for this and sent the plumber out to address this without additional charges. He was also able to send his guys out on the weekend. What I really like about working with Marvis what there was a constant line of communication.
