Our experience with Property Revision was excellent from start to finish. After having several companies out to give us quotes for our basement, both my husband and I felt the most comfortable with Jason and Kesler. They were willing to work with us to create the design and space we were looking for, but keep the cost within our budget. The work process itself was painless. I have remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom with Property Revision. Paul Schuessler and Brittany O'Connor were amazing. I never felt any pressure. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. On a recommendation from a friend, we were given Property Revisions Information. With my daughter's upcoming wedding and a caravan of out of town family members staying in my one bathroom Milwaukee ranch, we got the idea to add a second bathroom to the basement. The idea started in mid-September for a November 4th wedding and we were going to be out of town and not available for 7 days. An almost impossible type of schedule but Property Revision GOT IT DONE. As with any remodeling project, there were a couple surprises, but all the problems were solved in a professional way. Every contractor was professional and respectful. Property Revision with Jason and his team did an amazing job. They finished our basement (1200ish sq/ft) including a bathroom and bar in under 6 weeks. They went above and beyond at every step, from helping us design, to fixing and making adjustments as we went. Jason even continues to take phone calls and helps with problems almost a year later. I specifically remember one night checking on their progress well after midnight, only to find them installing carpet so that things wouldn't get behind schedule! My kitchen was just recently finished by Property Revision. Paul was great in keeping me informed as to what was going on and when and also let me know about any delays. The work done is fantastic and they were quite responsive in regards to any concerns I may have had. The kitchen did take a bit longer than expected because a few items, such as trim, were delayed, but we were able to use the kitchen by the scheduled end date.
