Even though Jason was not able to be present at the job site, his crew did a fantastic job. A couple of exposed areas had to be painted an extra coat (no extra charge) because the stucco had never been painted before. It's rare these days to see service contractors who value quality over quantity. I do recommend Straight Edge Painting for their quality work and reasonable pricing. I scheduled an estimate and modified my work schedule to accommodate the time. Jason (owner) contacted me and explained he would not be able to make it as he was helping his crew finish a job. I completely understand and appreciate him letting me know. He seemed very apologetic and sincere with his words. We scheduled for the following day. I ensured I was home and available 1 hour prior and after the scheduled time. Needless to say, he was a no call/no show. After 2 scheduled attempts I am dissapointed to say the least.

Once the day came, we had just completed some DIY drywalling and needed a little help finishing the last float and texture before painting. Justin went above and beyond and added this last minute at a fair price. During the job, there were a few issues due to clutter we left in our rush to finish the DIY work. Justin worked to communicate the issue and resolve it, working around our tricky schedule. After a few days had passed, multiple members of Justin's staff needed unexpected time off, and Justin showed up himself to help get the job done. Justin and his team got the job done, paying special attention to make sure we were satisfied, even going above and beyond again to repair a spot where some tricky furniture of ours unexpectedly left some scratches in the floor. I also had some last minute color changes, and they had now problem adapting to my needs. What I also liked is we did a final walk around the house to make sure everything was done. Also Victor responded to my phone calls in a timely manner. Another companies quote was charging $2,000.00 more work to replace two large Fascia boards that in my and PPS opinion did not need to be replaced, only repaired.
