He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.)
