Now they claim they don't offer refunds after services are "rendered," completely ignoring what their own staff told me before I paid nearly $5,000. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. I expected professionalism and transparency from a company of this size -- instead, I've been ignored and misled.
