I had a total knee replacement in Jan 18 but my "bend" was not progressing to the extent/speed that I expected. Jessica mentally kept me in the game as well as physically; without her encouragement and kindness I easily could have slipped into depression. She pushed me hard and used various techniques including "dry needling" to get results; when progression stopped she realized I needed to see my physician and he had to manually manipulate my knee. It worked and she was able to finish my therapy. I'm thankful for her knowledge! The office is run by one of the most proficient assistants I've ever met, Brittany! My primary physical therapist was the sweetest, most magical land mermaid, Maeve. She is the perfect combination of patient yet determined to get you feeling your best. She listened to me on my grumpier, more painful days and celebrated my improvements all the way up to my PT graduation. He was okay but loved to talk politics which wasn't comfortable for me. My biggest issue was their billing. The actual office has no idea about what they are billing and sent me to some billing office in another state. The actual bills were nearly impossible to understand. The top columns had no headings so it was difficult to know what my insurance deducted or even paid. The girl in the office in the other state sent more paperwork to try to clear up the confusion and made it more confusing. I think I was over billed but just wanted to be done with the practice so I paid it. I would not recommend this physical therapy office and wished I had done better research. Also, many of the sessions were all different prices which should be explained in the bill.
