I came here after a massive stroke to see Parker Rose and Kevin Lannan and had no idea what to expect. I heard very good reviews and they were highly recommended especially for stroke victims. They have a new business in Floyd's knobs. It's perfect for what they are doing. Everything is impeccable there and very organized. The secretaries are very nice and caring. All that said... is just gravy on top. Kevin and Parker are amazing folks personally as well as professionally. I'm so glad to have met such great people. I can't say enough about how impressed I and my wife are with them! They know their profession better than I could have ever imagined and have helped me recover faster than we thought was possible. They definitely both have the gift of caring and encouragement. These guys will change your life for the better. I love to see what Parker has up his sleeve each time I visit! The actual office has no idea about what they are billing and sent me to some billing office in another state. The actual bills were nearly impossible to understand. The top columns had no headings so it was difficult to know what my insurance deducted or even paid. The girl in the office in the other state sent more paperwork to try to clear up the confusion and made it more confusing. I think I was over billed but just wanted to be done with the practice so I paid it. I would not recommend this physical therapy office and wished I had done better research. Also, many of the sessions were all different prices which should be explained in the bill.

Any time this occurs, I know I can go to Liz to help me work out a lot of the muscle tension. She's not only great at what she does, but she's a great person. Plus, you often get to hang out with her dog Watson who loves all the pets while you're on the table! For any athlete, I can't recommend Liz any higher. She's great!
