They told us we needed to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and that would solve the problem. After charging almost $900 the code came back in less than a month. We took our car back in and they told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to come pick it up. We asked for a list of tests they ran and the results. We got a small list but no results. A simple search from chat gpt told us what the problem could be and easy tests that could be run to confirm it. Two other mechanics confirmed that they could have run a simple test to confirm the head gasket was bad as well. Now we get to pay another mechanic to diagnose it and replace the head gasket after already wasting $900 with carsmart.

I picked up my unit and there was damaged to my motorhome. It was apparent that the damage was caused by moving without checking clearances. I asked about the damage and was told it was like that when I brought it in. However, they did not let me know before or after receiving the motorhome about the damage until confronted. I called in the morning and explained the problem. I was hoping they would be able to see us around our eta of 1:00. She was more than happy to accommodate us! Well the excellent customer service did not stop there! We actually arrived around 12:15. Our mechanic, Dave, came right out to take a look at our rig! All and all it took less than an hour and he had us back on the road! He was so friendly and flexible as we asked if he had time to look at a slide out problem as well. He happily did! He and (I think his wife) were both just so pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air to finally have honest & excellent customer service. Our bill was more than fair!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER HERE we have had ours in for warranty work several times. One of those…read moretimes they charged us $300 sent us out to our trailer (nothing had been fixed) they then realized they supposedly did those repairs to a different unit so we had to wait another week to actual have ours repaired (I'm not convinced they ever actually do what they say) we've had them look at our fridge 3 seperate times, for the same issue, 3 different charges for them to say they can't duplicate the issue. We just took it in to have our water heater fixed, but the tank was never filled so how they actually tested it to see what was wrong, or to see if it was fixed before leaving is beyond me. And the nail in the coffin our trailer sat there for a month and in that time someone damaged it, but they refuse any responsibility. I'm assuming our insurance company will wring it out of them, unless they don't actually have any insurance, and if not, then thats a giant problem for any consumer.
