They took our car in without an appointment, right before closing, checked out bearings, cv, etc. without charging us! No pressure, just gave us info. USED to be good service!! I used this place for years and was highly satisfied. I went there last week, and it has turned into a joke! I had my suspicions of how thorough the car would be looked at because most of the mechanics looked like they just got out of high school. Also, I had noticed one of them sitting and looking at his phone while in the shop (not working). I needed car brakes and rotors looked at, as well as new tires. Well, it got new tires put on it, and I was told that the other things still looked good. WRONG!! We got on the interstate and the previous braking issues were still there. I have been furious ever since as the car had to make a trip across the country and now has to wait to be looked at. When I dropped off the car, the shop was pretty empty and only one person was behind me, so I know there was time to look at and repair the issues. My conclusion? LAZY-ITESS!!!! read more

I've bought probably 15 sets of tires from Big-O for cars, work trucks, Jeeps, etc and had nothing but great experiences. They fix the tires when I find screws or nails, and have honored the warranty if I've had any problems. They always give you options in brands and value. They're great at sourcing the tires I need and have great staff. Aaron and Wayne always take care of me and my vehicles. Apart from tires they've fixed a couple air condition problems in an old work truck, and replaced a radiator in my 2008 Jeep rubicon. I will keep buying my tires from these guys while I live in Brigham City! Also, they always tell me to come back in after driving 50 miles or something so they can re-torque the lug nuts. Don't forget to come back and get them re-torqued! It's easy and fast! read more

Stay away. They cost my daughter a new car because they didn't change the timing belt as a asked. Then they charged me 139.00 to recharge my air conditioner and said it will be another 1200.00 to fix the leak. Lies as Ford fixed my air-conditioning in a few minutes by replacing the orings under the high and low side caps. read more

Had a flat coming into Brigham City. Called Les Schwab for assistance and they told me it would cost $58 and hour with a two hour minimum (I was literally 5 minutes away).The person I spoke with was short with me and abrasive. Called Big O Tires right down the street and they helped right away for no cost. They were very helpful and easy to work with. Kudos to them! read more

Excellent service! Went in to get a set of winter tires; decided to buy wheels to go with them. Had to order them; and the staff were able to help choose good wheels at a good price. They followed up and called when they were in, and when I went in for the install, the work was completed quickly. original tires were bagged and placed neatly in the back of the vehicle. Staff made sure to have me come in to check the lugs were secured properly. I have bought tires here in the past; pricing isn't the cheapest, but what you get in service justifies the price. If you don't want to be in the hospital or you care about the other people on the road don't go here!!! I went here right before one of my road trips to California. And one my way through the Salt Lake Salt Flats my car started shaking like crazy so I pulled off in Wendover at a nearby gas station and I realized that 3 of my 5 nugs nuts broke off and there was only 1 tire shop nearby so I called them and they came and looked at it and there like drive under 15 mph to their shop which was only 1/2 a mile from the gas station so they are like non of your tires are tight. But I called them and they denied all of it and would not take reasonability and wouldn't even pay for the repair. I do not recommend this place whatsoever!!! read more

Love the staff! They are all awesome and have great personalities. If you choose to wait they have a vending machine for some items, or you can get some free popcorn. Definitely not a pushy place, if you ask for a certain tire, they will sell you that tire, they won't try and push a different brand on you. They will also give you great advice if you are looking for tires and you don't know which one to buy. They also have some used/take offs in different sizes, so if you just need 1 tire due to a nail or something, at times they can help you with and save you some $$. read more

The tires I had were an odd size so everyone said they had to be ordered. Robert worked with me and found another tire size that would work perfectly. Seems like they care more about how much they can get customers to spend, than they do about the actual customer. I got a pretty bad, flat tire while out of town. When I made it back in town, I decided to get 4 brand new tires, since 1 was just as old as the one that went flat, and the other 2 weren't in too much better shape. After asking me the basic questions about size and how much I was looking to spend on the tires, I was presented with only one option, so I went with that believing it was the only option available in the "mid" price range I was wanting to get the new tires in. After a very short wait, they had the new tires mounted, balanced, and my car ready to go. The 4 "mid-price ranged" tires with an unknown amount of mileage for a manufacturer's warranty, and that were slightly lower than the speed rating of the OEM tires, cost me almost $500. Knowing new tires aren't the cheapest part of a vehicle's maintenance, I didn't think that was too bad overall. After I got home, out of sheer curiosity on how good of a deal I had gotten, if any, I decided to log on to their website, and see what the price of any other tires they might have for my car that weren't in the "mid" range. After putting in my car's information, I was amazed that the tires I was sold were at the high end of the so-called "mid" range, and that there were actually tires available that were the exact same as the OEM tires, and that had a 65,000 mile warranty, and were almost $30 cheaper per tire than the one's I was sold. Thinking this might be because I was looking online and that the actual shop didn't have these in stock, I called up the store to see if they had these specific cheaper tires in stock, and was shocked when I was told that they indeed had them in stock. The guy I was taking to even said they were a great tire with an awesome warranty, and that his opinion was that they were better than a lot of the more expensive tires they had in stock. I was so pissed off that when I was being asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment, all I could say was a barrage of expletives before I hung up on him (which I do feel bad for doing to him since I know he wasn't the one that sold me the tires, and had no clue what was going on). I lost a lot of trust in the Brigham City Big-O Tires finding out that there were better tires (did some more research about the different brands I was and wasn't sold) that had a better warranty that would have saved me over $100 total, but wasn't even presented these, or any tires other than the ones I was sold, as an option to even consider. How are people supposed to believe that Big-O cares about their customers, when they have employees that flat out hide better and cheaper alternative tire choices, and make it seem like the more expensive, not so good tires are the best option, all the while knowing that they aren't? read more

We needed new tires and a pcv valve replaced on our 2004 Ford Expedition. We got all 4 new tires, mounted the best of the old ones to our spare, and replaced the pcv valve. I had to use my hubbys Big O credit card, he drives truck and wasn't home at the time. The owner said no problem and took care of me. Service was fast and professional. Happy customers. Found that our Neon needs tires something fierce. It had even wear on it until we took it to Big-O to get an alignment and they insisted it needed a shim kit. We were astonished because the tires were wearing evenly, but we wanted the car to pass safety so we had it replaced. The safety test had initially come back that we had a tie-rod end loose and Steve repaired that. We didn't have reason to question their integrity, they're a big name in the industry, so we went with what they said. But now we have uneven wear on our tires and the tires are getting eaten. Before we realized there was an issue with the Neon tires, we took the van in to the same Big-O to buy a couple of tires and for a front end alignment. Steve had repaired a ball joint and the wheel bearings. They said the front wheel bearings were loose and needed to be repacked. Steve told them it didn't need to be done, but the guy said he had to crank them a quarter turn. Total b/s. But then he told Steve it needed a stabilizer. We felt he was drumming up business so Steve told him to just do the wheel bearings if it really needed to be done to align, but no stabilizer. The guy ended up doing the work anyways and made it sound like there was confusion in that phone call and he took it as a green light to do the work. Needless to say, we need some good referrals for tires and front end work from a reputable outfit near us. Not Big-O in Brigham City. read more
