What upset me most was not the delay -- it was the unprofessional behavior afterward. After I spoke to an employee, I could overhear comments being repeated and mocked to coworkers nearby. No patient should feel laughed at or talked about while simply trying to check in for a medical appointment. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Technical problems are understandable. Treating patients with disrespect is not. I hope management seriously addresses professionalism and patient treatment at this location.

I was able to get a 4:00 appointment for an MRI of my back. The building is. New and beautiful and the check in was a breeze. The young lady who took me into the back was kind and got me a gown for the test. She also helped me onto MRI machine and made sure I was comfortable along with the technician performing the test. They put pillows under my head and a foam round thing under my legs. The test took exactly 12 minutes and I couldn't believe it! I recommend this location compared to the one on the Cape that is usually crazy! My results came through today, only two days after having the test. Hopefully I will hear from my doc and get back on my feet as soon as possible! Thank you for your kindness and caring. I really feel much better about having MRI's.

I recently had an MRI appointment at the Estero location. While the office was running behind due…read moreto earlier patient challenges, the clinical staff handled the situation professionally and communicated appropriately. The MRI technician who assisted me was especially kind, patient, and understanding. I experienced significant discomfort and anxiety during the visit, and she remained calm, supportive, and respectful throughout the process. She made sure I was positioned as comfortably as possible and treated me with genuine care and compassion. I also appreciated that my husband was allowed to be present before and after the scan, which helped me feel supported. However, my experience with billing and scheduling prior to the appointment was extremely frustrating. I was originally told the MRI would cost $258 and that I could pay at the appointment. Then the day before, I was told I had only a couple of hours to pay in full or my appointment would be canceled. During that time, I made over 20 calls trying to pay, and my husband also attempted multiple times. We were repeatedly routed to lines that were closed or disconnected despite posted business hours. When I finally reached someone, I was transferred back to the same non-working line. Another billing representative refused to assist, refused to transfer me to a supervisor, and disconnected the call. There was also confusion in pricing ($531 vs $516), and I was only then told the original $258 quote was per MRI, not the total. I ultimately paid $516 under pressure just to avoid cancellation. While the medical staff provided excellent care, the billing and communication process was disorganized, inconsistent, and unnecessarily stressful. I strongly recommend confirming all pricing and payment expectations in writing ahead of time.

They knew this for 2 weeks and didn't bother to call me or the drs office. When I asked for my personal paperwork back, they refused. I had to demand to speak to the manager to get my information back- they also couldn't find my CD- until I yelled at the manager and demanded my information back.
